Great transfer service to hotel. - Prompt, good communication throughout for pickup and transfer to hotel. We had a ton of luggage - he did Tetris to fit it all. Glad we did after a long day of travel.

Arriving at Haneda - The team was fantastic and did a great job emailing and texting with me to ensure we had no logistical questions. They were always prompt with their responses and there were no language barriers, whatsoever. The driver was very professional. The vehicle was spacious, new, and clean.

Can’t Go Wrong - Very smooth experience from start to finish. Communicative staff days prior to my arrival, gave directions the day of arrival, and smooth easy ride to our hotel. It is much more expensive to arrange private transfer from airport to hotel but takes the guess work from figuring out train and taxi systems while jet lagged. We used go taxi many times during our trip and if returning we may use taxi over this booking, but still very well worth the extra fees in my opinion.

Terrible Service - would not recommend - Driver was not at location as provide. Luggage was late coming out and company threaten to charge $1 FOR EVER MINUTE LATE AFTER SCHEDULED Arrival time. Passengers have NO control as to when the luggage will arrive on the conveyor built. Passengers also have no control on Japan immigration process. When you pay for the arrival service, the company needs to wait and not threaten the customer for something beyond their control. This pick up service is definitely one I will ever use again. Also the driver took the longest route to our hotel.
