West Lake (Xi Hu) - Your local guide and driver will meet you at your downtown Hangzhou hotel or the railway station if you’re arriving by train. Spend a few minutes discussing with your guide the sites you wish to visit, or follow the recommended itinerary. As this is a private tour, the itinerary is fully customizable, so be sure to inform your guide if you want to make any changes. Typically, the tour begins at the must-see UNESCO site, West Lake. Enjoy a pleasant walk along the Su Causeway and Lotus Garden, see Solitary Hill and Finish Pond, while your guide shares interesting local folklore and stories. You can also opt for a relaxing boat cruise on the lake to the island to fully appreciate the picturesque views of the area.
Longjing Tea Fields - Next, head to Longjing Tea Village, where the famous “Imperial Tea” is produced.
