Collecting Your Tickets:
Once your electronic ticket is confirmed online, you can retrieve a physical ticket using your authentic ID at the ticket booth, post 18:00 on the performance day. The ticket booth is located across the Yue Fei Temple at the event’s location. The full address is 82 Beishan Road, Hangzhou (In Chinese: 杭州北山路82号岳王庙对面).

• There are no modifications or cancellations possible once the tickets are confirmed.
• Seats will be assigned randomly, reservation of particular seats is not an available service.
• In circumstances beyond the event coordinators’ control like rainstorms, thunderstorms, geohazards, or equipment malfunctions leading to the cancellation of the show, a complete refund will be arranged.
