Loads of fun! - This was so much fun! My sister and I had both our daughters with us (11 & 13) who also loved it. The tour was a decent length of time and the guides were hilarious and knowledgeable. I admired their respect for health and safety and made the rules very clear for everyone traveling together. The scenery is gorgeous and there are some water crossings that provide a bit of excitement. All in all, 10 out of 10 for our experience.

SO MUCH FUN!!!! - Thanks so much to Hanmer Springs Attractions for such a fun experience. My husband and I booked the quad biking and the jet boat and they were both so much fun. Thanks to our instructors, they were both so funny and really great blokes! Wonderful staff in the office as well. Will definitely be coming back Cheers guys! From The Mataafa's ☺️

Have some fun! - A lot of fun, and good value for a two hour trip! Had some water crossings and diverse terrain which made it an interesting ride! Stopped half way for water and delicious biscuits and our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would do it again!

Great trip! - Great trip with awesome views! Guide was from our home town in US, what are the odds. Grace was very patient with my inexperience with Quads. Liked the pics they took also. Would do again!

Disappointing and boring experience - I signed up for the quad biking tour with my husband and other friends. It was very boring and a waste of money and time. I literally almost fell asleep. I also felt discriminated by the instructor due to my race. For example, the group was split into two without any explanation to us. The instructor just looked at me and my husband(Asians late 40s) and without communicating on why the group is being divided, nor without asking our preference, he just pointed us to go to our group (did he think we don’t understand English because of our Asian appearance???). When the tour started, we found out that we had been identified as “slow”, even though he never asked our preferences. Especially, I felt offended when I saw him giving more information and preferences to other non-Asian participants. There was nothing thrilling nor exciting about traveling through a trail at less than <10km/hr (I can pedal mountain bike faster than this!) and I found myself yawning throughout the 2hour ride. This tour was the most boring and disappointing time of our holiday in Hamner Springs. We had planned to go Rafting with this operator but decided to cancel after this disappointing experience.

Took all the fun out of quad biking - Not impressed with the instructor we had, riding too slow and constantly checking on us to make sure we weren’t having any fun. He needs to chill and make sure paying customers are enjoying themselves…
