2 60s sisters at the hot pools - Very pleased to find out we could do a double visit for just a few dollars more than a single with the over 60s special. So much more comfortable in the winter than in the heat of summer. Wonderful soak later in the day when the sun was coming down. Be sure to take some jandals or crocs to have waiting at the edge when you get out because that concrete is cold!! Really well thought out changing area with some single changing stalls as well as communal. Quite warm in there too and plenty of toilets and some hairdryers available and even a machine to whiz some of the water out of your togs.

Great springs & spa - Fantastic time at the Hanmer Springs pools and Spa. We had a treatment at the spa that was absolutely fantastic. Overall just a total blast

Fun slides! - Love the slides! Would love to return in summer. As usual hot pools were relaxing and in good condition. Locker and towel service good. Change rooms were great, love the tog drying service, loved the complimentary soaps and shampoos to thoroughly clean off.

Tino kino te pai - I recommend this attraction. It is an excellent in-person experience, and the front-of-house staff are great. The pools are relaxing and a great way to unwind. They are especially good for families.

Loved it - We had the 2 day pass and spent a couple of hours the first evening and most of the next day there. The kids loved the water slide area and whirl pool. Water was nicely heated making it fun even in winter. Great range of hot pools at different temperatures to suit everyone.

Great family day out - Attended as a family group (4 adult and 2 children). The facilities were great something to keep everyone entertained, lots of different types of pools and slides. We even gave the cold plunge pool a try. The food offerings were great and came out fast, having a warm place to break away from the pools was awesome
Only comment is that while great deals are offered for families there is noting for couple or singles .

Day trip to reset - Great day trip to visit Hamner Springs. Booked entry ticket on line to avoid queues . You can pay extra for bathrobe , towel and locker . Lockers are easy to use. Lots of pools at varying temperatures and enough space . Good adult pools as well . Would have loved a few more adult pools as imagine it can get busy during summer times winter perfect time to go . Great aqua therapy pools as well. Changing rooms are very clean and hot showers as well as tog dryer. Perfect way to spend a couple of hours

Relaxing day! - Really nice day relaxing in the warm pools especially with it being really cold in July! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was there being no privacy to get changed before and after being in the pools.

very muscle focused not a relaxing experience - Unfortunately neither myself or my partner found our couples haven experience relaxing. We both left sore and woke up sore the next day. We found the massage to be more like a deep tissue massage and didn’t feel like a couples haven with me having a towel over my head and eyes the whole experience . The private pool was quite stuffy so we didn’t stay the full 30 mins.
