Day well spent - Excellent coordination. Lots of fun. Long day. The tour guides have a real love for people. Especially Long Duy. He was so kind and looked out for everybody.

Mobility impaired tour of Ha Long Bay - I traveled with my wife who has mobility issues she uses a walker. The number of stairs made some aspects difficult. However we have to say that the help, assistance and service provided by the guide and boat crew was exceptional. If the boat provided a portable ramp, it help a lot. Also having a portable step for getting on/off the bus would be helpful for most passengers. Having said this, I would have say that this probably the best of the 100+ offers available for 1 day Ha Long Bay tours.

Great DAY! - Phong was a great tour guide. This was a long day but well worth every second and penny. We got to see everything and never felt rushed. Speed boat is a must - extra $10 but worth it. Comfortable bus and boat was good - food kept coming for lunch!

What a beautiful day - The tour is well organized, it includes many activities that are superfluous for me, but I understand the tourist needs of all stakeholders. The fact that they pick you up and take you back to your hotel is really convenient. The boat was nice, clean bathrooms and the buffet was rich and with a good choice. Personally I would organize excursions with smaller boats to better explore the bay with calm and tranquility. Our guide Luca was very kind, helpful and organised. The place? Magical. The view from the top is spectacular, especially at sunset. Obviously it is a very popular tourist destination, but despite the people and the many boats it is still exciting.

Halong Bay experience - Halong Bay was amazing. Unfortunately this is not a tour if you have a disability. My husband and I found it difficult to get on and off the boat at times. We also could not do the cave experience as there were 140 steps up and then 200 steps down. The food on the boat was good, would have been great if it was hot. The afternoon tea was a nice touch. We were offered a speed boat ride for 250.000 vnd but other reviews were half that price. Prices in Hanoi for this trip were a lot cheaper.

Finally we found the guide through help from other people on the port. The tour guide was experienced, the foods was - Because the ship’s basic WiFi was not good, so we had problems of communication. We missed the time and couldn’t find the guide and let the people on the tour boat waited.

You need a good night sleep before this full day trip, it requires energy. - I enjoyed the boat trip in the sea, the natural rock formations and the caves. Stunning, really stunning. The seafood brunch was quite plain and cold, this would improve, however it is known knowledge that Vietnamese culture enjoy lukewarm meals, it's better to appreciate the culture.
