Day 1: Hanoi - Vu Linh (180 km stay – L, D) stay over at home stay

We will begin our motorbike tour by picking up the motorbikes from a store on the outskirts of the bustling city. After a thorough briefing on the itinerary of the motorbike tours in North Vietnam and enjoying breakfast, we will ride from the west side of the city along the Red River. The roads are suitable for motorbike touring. Our first stop will be Thac Ba Lake, followed by a rugged path leading to Vu Linh, home to many Dzao indigenous people.

Day 2: Vu Linh - Ha Giang (180 Km – B, L, D) stay over at the hotel

After breakfast, our motorcycle tour crew will continue riding along Thac Ba Lake on a bumpy road, flanked by trees on both sides and naturally adorned by massive mountains.

Day 3: Ha Giang – Dong Van (180 KM – B, L, D) home stay

On the third day, you will experience an incredibly fascinating ride with our northern Vietnam motorbike tours. Having obtained the necessary permissions the previous day, we can ride along the border areas with China. This will be the most relaxing and enjoyable part of the motorbike tour in Northeast Vietnam. We will ascend the Ma Pi Leng mountain pass, an incredibly stunning natural masterpiece, offering a panoramic view of the Nho Que River.

Day 4: Dong Van - Bao Lac (90 KM – B, L, D) HOTEL

On the fourth day, all motorcyclists in our crew will navigate many challenging roads that are still under construction and filled with stagnant holes. However, the reward is worth it as you get to witness the wild, glorious scenery of northern Vietnam.

Day 5: Bao Lac - Ba Be Lake (155 KM – B, L, D) HOME STAY

The road from Bao Lac to Ba Be Lake is another highlight that makes this Northern Vietnam motorcycle trip unforgettable. You will descend from the high mountain range to the area of Vietnam’s largest natural lake, Ba Be Lake. We can spend time enjoying a boat ride.

Day 6: Ba Be Lake – Hanoi (230 KM – B, L, D)

On the last day with Hanoi Easy Riders, we will start earlier than usual for the long ride from Northeast Vietnam back to Hanoi. It will be challenging, but the natural beauty along the way makes it worth every hour spent riding. We aim to reach Hanoi before rush hour, around 4 pm, and conclude the motorcycle tour in North Vietnam, specially tailored by the Hanoi Motorbike Tours team.
