Old Quarter - 7:30. Hotel pick-up in Hanoi’s Old Quarter area and departure to Cat Ba Island via Expressway.

Cat Ba Island - 11:30. Arrival at Ben Beo pier on Cat Ba Island. This pier serves both fishermen and tourist boats visiting Lan Ha Bay, located just 2km from the town.

Cat Ba National Park - 12:00-12:30. Pick-up at Ben Beo harbor and transfer by fast canoe to our charming homestay in Viet Hai village. The village is situated on Cat Ba Island, approximately 10 kilometers from Cat Ba town, nestled in the heart of Cat Ba’s jungle, surrounded by lush forests, mountains, and stunning scenery. Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese meal.
Afternoon. Follow our tour guide for trekking and hiking at Navy Peak to get an overview of Cat Ba National Park. If time permits, we can climb to the mountain’s summit for a panoramic view of Lan Ha Bay, Halong Bay, and Cat Ba National Park.
18:30. Savor a local dinner at our restaurant.

Afterwards, our tour guide will take you on a nighttime kayak excursion on Lan Ha Bay to witness bioluminescent plankton sparkling and observe local village activities at night.

Viet Hai village - Discover Lan Ha Bay full day by boat - Hanoi (B, L)

Viet Hai Village - 7:30. Enjoy breakfast at our restaurant.

8:45 Our golf cart will pick you up from Viet Hai village to Viet Hai harbor.

9:00 Arrival at Viet Hai Pier where our tour guide will provide entrance tickets for Lan Ha Bay and HaLong Bay. The tickets are included in the tour price.

Lan Ha Bay - 9:15. Board the boat to Lan Ha Bay. Initially, the boat will sail around Lan Ha Bay, which is spectacular with limestone rock towers rising from the sea, and sail past thousands of karst towers with unique shapes (chopsticks and seals).

Dark & Light Cave - 10:30. Discover the natural lagoon area of Lan Ha Bay by kayaking through Dark and Bright Caves, tunnels, and archways. This is the most beautiful lagoon in Lan Ha Bay for kayaking and also a conservation area. If you’re lucky, you might spot Cat Ba langurs (Golden-headed monkeys).

Lan Ha Bay - 12:30. The boat anchors at the border of Lan Ha Bay and HaLong Bay for lunch.

Lunch is freshly cooked and served in Vietnamese style by the local crew on board (vegetarian options available). Enjoy lunch while cruising through the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations.
13:30. The boat continues to sail off Southern Ha Long Bay.

Lan Ha Bay - 14:30. Swimming and jumping from the boat at Ba Trai Dao Beach, a natural, remote, quiet, and less-touristy spot. Discover the temple beach, more lagoons, and arches.

15:00 After swimming, visit a local fish farm to see how local fishermen live on the water and farm fish.

15:30 The boat cruises back to the pier. Enjoy the magical sunset with local drinks as the boat returns to the harbor.

Old Quarter - 16:00. The bus will pick you up for the return trip to Hanoi.
Around 20:00: Arrive at Hanoi Old Quarter.
