You’ll witness outdoor cooking and dining, as well as observe the sale of goods at nearby markets. With Chef Duyen’s proficient English, she will provide insights into Vietnamese vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients essential for local cuisine.
Subsequently, Chef Duyen will welcome you into her residence for an intimate and interactive cooking session. Under her guidance, you’ll learn to prepare various regional specialties. The class will deepen your understanding of Vietnamese culinary arts, allowing you to savor the unique flavors and aromas. After the demonstration, you’ll have the pleasure of tasting the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied by beer, in the comfort of a traditional Hanoian home.
