Hanoi - Between 7:30pm and 8:00pm, the bus will pick up passengers from their hotel or hostel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. At 9:00pm, the sleeper bus departs from Hanoi. Passengers will spend the night on the bus. At 4:00am, the bus arrives in Ha Giang City. Check-in at the hostel and rest for a few hours. At 8:30am, after breakfast, meet the guide to start the journey through the Ha Giang loop.
Quan Ba Heaven Gate - Bac Sun Pass: Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes while traveling through this pass, then proceed to Quan Ba Heaven Gate. This is a renowned landmark in Ha Giang, situated at an altitude of over 1500m, approximately 43 km from Ha Giang City. The Heaven Gate is nestled between two mountain peaks, allowing a road to pass through, marking the beginning of the road to happiness, the first gateway of Ha Giang. From the mountain, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the Northwest mountains and forests.
Can Ty - Cán Tỷ Pass is one of the most impressive and challenging mountain roads in Hà Giang, located on National Highway 4C, about 60 km north of Hà Giang City. The pass is famous for its sharp curves and steep slopes, winding along the high mountains, creating a breathtaking and majestic landscape. The Dinh Vua Mèo, also known as the Vương Family Palace, is a unique architectural site located in Sà Phìn, Đồng Văn District, Hà Giang. Built in the early 20th century by Vương Chính Đức, a powerful H’mong leader, the palace showcases a blend of Chinese, French, and H’mong cultural influences. This structure symbolizes the power and culture of the H’mong people in the past. Ma Pi Leng Pass - At 9:00am, after breakfast, the exploration continues. Prepare for some of the most breathtaking sights in northern Vietnam. Mã Pí Lèng Pass is one of the most famous “Four Great Passes” in Vietnam, located on the Happiness Road connecting Đồng Văn and Mèo Vạc in Hà Giang Province. At an elevation of about 1,200 meters, Mã Pí Lèng is often referred to as the “king of mountain passes” due to its rugged terrain and stunning scenery. From the top of the pass, visitors can admire the breathtaking views of the turquoise Nho Quế River winding through steep cliffs. Take some time to reflect on the day’s adventures, explore the city further, or simply relax and unwind. Dinner is on your own. At 7:30pm or 9:00pm, board the sleeper bus for the return to Hanoi. Spend the night on the bus, arriving at Hanoi Old Quarter around 2:00am or 4:00am. Drop off at the designated location in Hanoi Old Quarter.
