Hanoi – Ninh Binh Day Trip - Overnight at Bungalow/Homestay (L/D)

Old Quarter - Guests will be picked up at hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area. The guide will arrive at the hotel, confirm the guest’s name with the receptionist for the tour, and then transfer to Ninh Binh Province, including a short break along the way.

Hoa Lu Ancient Capital - Arrive at Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Guests will visit the Dinh King temple and Le King temple from the 10th century, learning about the heroic histories of these two kings during the Chinese Wars. Hoa Lu is recognized as the first capital of Vietnam, featuring a wide range of historical landmarks. In 968, King Dinh Bo Linh of Dai Co Viet (an old name for Vietnam) established his capital in Hoa Lu and ruled until 980.

Tam Coc - Enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant with various local foods such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice. Vegetarian options are always available. After lunch, guests will visit Tam Coc by bamboo boat, marveling at the charming beauty of paddy fields, rivers, clouds, sky, and a stunning cave system during the boat trip. This area is often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land.” The tour continues with a cycling trip around the village to explore the local lifestyle.

Mua Caves - The tour proceeds to Mua Cave, where guests will climb 500 stone steps to the mountain’s top, offering a panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river. Mua Caves (Hang Múa in Vietnamese) or Dancing Cave is renowned for its elegant natural beauty, earning it the titles “The Great Wall of Vietnam” and “Tam Coc’s Muse.” It is considered the most beautiful viewpoint in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. At the end of the day, guests will be transferred to a Bungalow for check-in. They can rest and have dinner at the Bungalow/Homestay, enjoy free time to explore the local area, and stay overnight at the bungalow/homestay in Ninh Binh.

Ninh Binh to Halong Bay Overnight Cruises (B/L/D)

Tam Coc - After breakfast, guests will check out of their bungalow. Between 6:45 AM and 7:15 AM, they will board a group limousine heading to Halong Bay.

Halong Bay - This is a sample itinerary for the Halong Overnight Cruise:

11:30: Arrive at the cruise’s check-in lounge in Tuan Chau Marina, Halong City. Guests will have time to refresh after the long drive and wait for check-in.
12:15: After being taken to the Luxury Cruise, guests will check in. While enjoying welcome drinks, the Cruise Manager will introduce the itinerary and provide a safety briefing.
13:00: Guests will have lunch and enjoy stunning views as the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Fighting-Cock and Finger Islet.
14:30: Stop at Luon Cave for kayaking or a bamboo boat ride. Luon Cave impresses visitors with its serene enclosed lake surrounded by limestone formations. Its arch-shaped entrance, towering stalactites, and tranquil waters offer a picturesque setting for sightseeing and adventure.

Ti Top Island - Visit Ti Top Island to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay with thousands of limestone formations. Guests can swim at Titov beach, known for its crescent moon shape, tranquility, and beautiful still blue waters. The beach’s sands have been dyed white by the ocean’s surf, creating a perfect picture of paradise.

Halong Bay - 17:30 – 19:00: Back on board, guests can enjoy a sunset party with HAPPY HOUR (from 17:30 – 19:00) – buy 2 get 1 free on drinks at the Bar or Sundeck.
19:15: Dinner is served at the cruise restaurant while enjoying the night view of Halong Bay.
20:30: This is the perfect time to relax with karaoke or enjoy a drink at the Bar. Additionally, free squid fishing tools are provided at the reception.

Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Hanoi (B/L)

Halong Bay - 06:00: Start the day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, enjoying a breathtaking view as the sun rises over Halong Bay.
07:00 – 07:30: A light breakfast is served at the restaurant.
08:30 – 09:30: Back on board, guests settle their bills, check out, and return to Tuan Chau Island.
09:45 – 10:45: Brunch is served at the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.
10:45 – 11:00: Disembark at Marina and return to Hanoi.

Sung Sot Cave - 07:30 – 08:30: The next stop is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Ha Long Bay, featuring beautiful stalactites. Guests will be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic view across the Bay upon exiting the cave, as well as the fascinating shapes of the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years.

Old Quarter - From the harbor, guests will be transferred back to Hanoi City. Drop-off will be at hotels or locations in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. This concludes the 3-day, 2-night package tour!
