We had a great experience with this... -
We had a great experience with this tour. We were picked up on time by a Sprinter-sized vehicle for our tour. There were nine tourists altogether. Timmy was a great guide, knowledgeable and able to covey the history and culture we were seeing with good language skills. The tour followed the agenda, albeit sometimes in a different order. Traffic in Hanoi is something to behold. Our driver was a master at the wheel. Times at sites was adequate. Lunch was excellent, one of the best meals we've enjoyed in Vietnam. Based on our experience, i would recommend this tour to others. Hanoi is an interesting place, and well worth seeing.

Hanoi is a fascinating city and this... -
Hanoi is a fascinating city and this is a good way to see the various highlights. We by-passed the Mausoleum as the queues were in excess of 3 hours but we did return later in the day to see the presidential palace and th grounds. Unfortunately our tour group consisted of 14 people so everything took a little longer than planned so afte 9 hours of touring, we decided to forfeit the water puppet show and the cyclo ride. Perhaps a little more organisation would have been helpful.

This is an excellent tour in terms... -
This is an excellent tour in terms of how many sights you see in a small amount of time. The Guide Mr T was very friendly and informative. The food at lunch time was tasty and plentiful. Overall my husband and I enjoyed this tour but felt that it was cut a bit short perhaps due to the heat. I also need to inform people that this tour does not include the water puppet show or a cyclo ride as advertised which is slightly disappointing. However, if you want to cover a variety of sights in a short time then this tour is perfect for that.

First of all the tour operator never... -
First of all the tour operator never communicates and no correspondence in spite of sending emails they never respond. We had no clue if they were going to pick us from our hotel or not, never told which water puppet show we are booked for. I had my hotel reception call them to find out if there is a pickup/ drop off after arriving into Hanoi.
Most disappointing tour. Tour guide named Jimmy or Timmy was pathetic, zero respect to customers. He talks back and argues.Tour guide needs to know the history of the touring places before hand, he does not know the facts of the places. Gives only 10 minutes for each place to go around and to take pics.
Our family before going on the cyclo ride where asked to get down near the lotus water puppet show theatre because tour guide wanted to leave for the day he told us once we are done with cyclo ride we should go for the 5pm water puppet show and tells us our hotel is very nearby we should go on our own even though there was drop off at the hotel.
When I asked why were we put on Lotus Water Puppet show instead of Thang Lang Water Puppet show he said the show was sold out. I told the tour guide that we booked this tour in November and how come the show is booked out and why is that the tour operator never communicated the same to us. We were so upset the way its been handled. Zero recommendation for this tour.
