Hanoi Local Cooking Classes are held twice daily, with a hands-on, practical approach. Our amicable local guide, fluent in English, will lead you through the process, culminating in a customary Vietnamese menu. All our recipes use ingredients readily available in most well-stocked Asian grocery stores, enabling easy reproduction in your home kitchen.
