We went to visit the old quarter house, lake of sword, prison, temple of literature, market, and have food and snacks along the journey. May be free but was awesome and worth a good tip. - It was free! But not only that, our guide Leo was awesome. He was knowledgeable, shared great insights, kept us on a good, relaxed schedule but still able to see what we wanted. He had lunch with us at the best Pho place in Hanoi. He gave us good advice for the rest of what we wanted to do later that afternoon. I believe we spent around 4.5 wonderful hours with Leo. Highly recommend.

A knowledgeable and pleasant trip! - We did the Sword Lake and Hoi Loa prison, plus the St John's Cathedral. Anh and Sam were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They have been very sweet and patient with us despite the hot weather. Highly recommended! Made us know Hanoi much better, something we could not without their guide.

A Private Walking (and partly Bike Tour) of Hanoi City - It's my first time in Vietnam and I thought the best thing to know about the country and its people would be with a local student guide! I was lucky to have Kiera as my student guide. We walked around - first to the Women Museum, the Temple of Literature - both of which are very, very interesting for me. Kiera was very informative and certainly she knows the history and culture of her country quite well. She then brought me to the Train Street. Then when we were hungry she suggested that I try the famous vietnamese street food ( I love !) I then suggested we cap the evening with an ice cream, which we did! But that's not all, we passed by the night market - I bought some souvenirs and she even helped me bargain a little bit! The next day she brought her scooter (oh she can even drive!) and we went first to the Ancient House then to the Imperial Citadel - again both very historical and Kiera just explained everything which I couldn't have known especially the dates! When it was time to say goodbye, I was sad to end my tour but I promised to myself I will come back again to this country full of mystery, of gentle people, with a rich culture and history! And thanks to Kiera for making my short stay so memorable! Bea Manila, Philippines

Fun walking tour in Hanoi! - I would recommend this tour for anyone who is looking for an “off the beaten path” way to explore Hanoi. Our guide spoke English well, and they asked simple questions about the English language. It kind of felt like we were also teaching them, which was fun. They were patient and answered all of our questions. I also appreciated that the tour was planned around what we wanted to see/do.
