Notes: Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, included in the prices (Customers don’t pay for Cycling services). It’s a very small activity on the whole package, we don’t focus on cycling activity.
Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if you do not like. - Customers don’t bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don’t know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.

Trang An sampan boat is 2h15m visits 6 caves and Tam Coc boat tour is 1h45m visits 3 caves. Trang An is a New heritage site of Vietnam - Tam Coc is famous for hundred years and the land scape is a bit better.

Ninh Binh is Your Healing Town To Go To - This trip was long and exhausting but so fun!! Our tour guide speaks English and told us many jokes and lots of history of Hanoi and Ninh Binh area. He made a difference whether your 12 hour day is going to be good or bad. There is a lot of driving but all is forgiven once you get off and get to go on a boat ride, bike ride, and a hike with an amazing view!

Wonderful landscape, excellent guide and food - Trang An landscape was extraordinary. Nice trip around and Definitely recommend it! This place is one of the prettiest places I’ve visited. The tour guide Tony was really informative about the history and culture, and also made the trip more interesting. The food at lunch time was also good - a small buffet with many dishes.

Great tour: bring snacks and portable charger. Wear long clothes - Super good experience.
Lots of activities, day goes by quickly.
A few things to take note of: bus is crammed. Please expect this. And when you get to the temple if you are wearing shorts or a short skirt you will have to put on one of their complimentary brown skirts.
Lunch is a buffet which is packed full of tourists.
As for tickets you need to pay entry into the caves on top of the already paid tour.

Wonderful tailor-made day tour! - We decided to visit both Trang An and Tam Coc, and Windy customized the day perfectly for us—it was truly amazing! Our guide, John, took excellent care of us throughout the day and helped us capture some fantastic photos. The trip wouldn’t have been the same without him!

Fun day four in Ninh Binh with my family and Tuan - Tuan is a professional guide with deep knowledge of Vietnamese history, as well as the history of the Ninh Binh area. The trip was wonderful because he spoke clearly and was very attentive to my family during the boat tour in Tam Coc and the hike to Hang Mua.
The natural scenery is stunning, the food is delicious and diverse, and the tour fare was very reasonable, and the guide is considerate and fluent in English. Highly recommend this tour!

Best Value Tour Ever - Tony our guide and the driver were fantastic. Good communication about pick up time etc. the tour was brilliant 12 hours packed with activities. Highlight was the boat ride. Climb to the top of Mua Cave was difficult for 60+ person but manageable. The views are beautiful so worth it. Buffet lunch was good opportunity to try local goat dish. Highly recommend tour

Whole Trip Great - The boat trip around the lake was very good and relaxing. It was all very good. Buffet lunch varied and delicious. Cycles could have been a bit nicer.

Left wondering - My son was ill on the morning of the tour, we had to cancel. Was told we could reschedule, received a confusing message about refund/no refund. Have sent several messages about getting back on the tour and how much we will need to outlay. Have not heard back after 24hrs.
I’m sure the tour itself is good.

Rude with Poor customer service - I received an email 15 hours before the tour was supposed to start about additional fees and securing a pass. I emailed them back within 45 minutes asking for clarification: do I need to secure entrance passes to the park, pay about $14 USD additional for myself or $28 for myself and my 1 year old, I didn’t hear anything back for several hours.
I didn’t hear anything again until I get a message saying I’m one of 13 stops tomorrow be on time no one likes to wait. I wrote back explaining my questions were never answered I was asked who told me I needed to pay more and was told to just calm down. I told the caller that was rude and. I am no longer interested in going on a trip with them. I also requested a refund.
After I clearly said I wasn’t going and asked for a refund I proceeded to get a call from them at 0745 telling me the bus will be there to get me in a moment. I said I wasn’t going, I didn’t feel safe with them, I had no confidence in them to treat me respectfully. I want my money back.
