Airport Pick Ups
• For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting outside the airport building holding a nameboard with your name
• The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour
• If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued

Hotel Pick Ups
• For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver
• The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available.
• An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour

Surcharge:
• A surcharge applies to hotels that are only accessible by boat, to be paid directly to the driver
