Day 01: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay (L/D)

Hanoi - 08:45: Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way
11:45 – 12:00: Arriving Tuan Chau marina, transferred by tender of La Pandora cruises.
12:30 – 12:45: Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction.

Tuan Chau Island - 13:00: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.
16:00: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Ha Long Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.
17:30 Back to La Pandora Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruits.
19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. After dinner, retiring to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village – Van Boi Beach ( B, L, D)

Lan Ha Bay - 06:00: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never-ending miraculous scenery of the Bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
07:00: Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.
08:00: Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.
09:15: Back to our La Pandora Cruise, relax before checking out.
10:15: Join cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) on the cruise.
10:45: Lunch is served on board.
12:00: Disembark at the Tuan Chau marina by tender. Take our shuttle bus to return to Hanoi
15:00 – 15:30: Arrival back at your hotel or home.

Cruise with Cody - Very nice cruise with Cody as guide. We went Kayaking, swimming and visited the caves. The good was Nice, rooms we're excellent.

Halong bay in the heart - We have just spent two wonderful days. The boat is small but comfortable, very intimate for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, hot shower, safe and minibar. The food is good. All the staff are friendly. Special thanks to Peter, our guide and point of reference for the entire tour, a young, friendly guy who always brightened our days with a smile. I recommend this tour to those looking for simplicity

Great experience - What a great experience. The staff were top tier. Every staff member on board greeted you with a smile and were so helpful in every way. They were very careful catering to my peanut allergy. Special shout out to Huy (Danny) our tour guide. I was super happy with everything and the activities were great.

Cruise to remember - A trip managed by Tui from the start to the end with absolute professionalism and friendliness. We were kept fully informed and entertained at all stages. The coach journeys at collection in Hanoi and drop off in Hanoi were great. The tender transfer to the main boat was smooth. The welcome in the main boat was warm and set the visit up well. The living quarters were beautiful. Everything we required with a private balcony. The briefing on arrival by the chief steward was warm and informative. Lunch was excellent. Such excellent food and so much of it. It was more like dinner than lunch. The dinner was wonderful do so many choices a d such great quality. The dumpling soup was great, loved the prawns also. Well done to all the chefs. Our trip to the caves was so memorable with our boatman being so kind and allowing some to row the craft. Tui (Danny) did a spring roll making demonstration which was worthy of a TV cookery programme. The man had so many talents. Tran was attentive and his magic tricks kept so many entertained and in awe at his skills. All of the attending girls were so helpful, attentive and nice. It was like we we sailing with friends. David’s availability to answer any questions or requests made things do easy and relaxing. The entire team made the trip so wonderful. It’s a great product you have and we wish you very success. We experienced a trip we will remember with fondness. Thank you.

August 2024 - Only way to visit Halong Bay, all ships offer more or less the same activities.. cute both canoeing and boat tour in the cave. Good service and attentive staff, Cody Heu explained to us at every step schedules and Things to do. For those who expect luxury it is certainly not the right place but for a ‘local-experience’ it is good.

Nice tour, nice Things to do, no open water - Kayaking and swimming were very nice. We were picked up in Hanoi and taken to the boat. Rooms were very nice and large and nice view. Food was nicely served but little and the buffet was quickly empty. There was no free water on board. The tour guide Cody was very friendly and helpful.

Overall decent beginner experience. - Tour guide Peter was very good. Shared info well in advance so we could get ready for activities. He was engaging with all the members in tours. Room in the cruise was compact (may be this is the standard for this category of cruise) and internally there are many things to be refurbished. Food well organized and well catered (due to personal food preferences and limitations we could not much enjoy). Activities were well planned and no much of hassle. Overall decent beginner experience.
