Trang An Grottoes - Leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountain are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle.
Embark on a traditional sampan gently roweddown the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,…and Cao SÆ¡n Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple… - Mua Caves - Challenge yourself with 500 steps to Mua Cave, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Ninh Binh into your eyes.

Old Quarter - Return to the bus to get back to Hanoi. Same as the morning, returning trip take around 2 hours. We will finish in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

Great excursion in beautiful Ninh Binh - The guide was very friendly and accommodating, they also understood it well.
He explained a lot and thus gave you deep insights into the culture of Vietnam.
Would definitely recommend the trip, they have seen a lot.

A must - One of the best experiences we had in Vietnam. It’s a long day but worth it. If you’re tossing up between this and Ha Long Bay I recommend Ninh Binh.

Amazing tour! - The trip was well organised. The highlights were the boat ride through the caves and Trang An and the hike up to the dragon mountain. These were absolutely beautiful.
Unfortunately the weather was stifling in the morning and so the tour around the old capital was uncomfortable, however the guide James provided great history. We didn't get to do the cycling due to the heat. James was an amazing tour guide and the communication from Halong Dolphin Travel was clear and helpful. My wife left her mobile phone on the bus and James arranged to drop it off to our hotel later that night as we were heading to Sapa at 6.30am. This was brilliant and we are forever grateful! Highly recommend.

Ninh Binh All Day Tour with Lunch. - Overall was an excellent tour which was excellent value for money.Highlights were the Trang An Grottoes with fantastic and picturesque scenery of the lime stone cast Mountains followed by the Mau Caves and the climb up the 500 steps to see brilliant views of the surrounding countryside.
The Bikeride through the countryside was very enjoyable but could of been a bit longer.Lunch was good but needed more air conditioning in the restaurant as was a very hot day.Overall I would highly recommend this tour.

All Day tour to Ninh Binh - The views were amazing and we took many photos. The highlights were the
Trang An Grottoes and Mau Caves, absolutely stunning scenery with the limestone cast Mountains as backdrop.and the journey through 4 of the Grottoes with the longest being 320 mtr in length. A value packed tour well worth the money spent and lunch as well.

Fantastic Tour of Hoa Lu & Trang An! - I recently toured Hoa Lu and Trang An with an outstanding guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating history at Hoa Lu and pointing out significant landmarks during the stunning Trang An boat ride. Friendly and approachable, he made the entire experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful scenery - Exploring Ninh Binh in a day with visits to Hoa Lu, Tam Coc and Hang Mua is an enriching experience. Our tour guide, Lee, impressed us with his extensive knowledge of the history and culture of the area. Lee's expertise and passion for storytelling bring these locations to life, making the journey all the more engaging. I highly recommend this tour, especially with a knowledgeable and engaging tour guide like Lee. (hot weather, so bring drinking water)

Would highly recommend Lee - Starting a day trip to Hoa Lu and Trang An in Ninh Binh is an enjoyable experience, despite the hot weather. Lee, our tour guide, guided us through the historical wonders of Hoa Lu and the breathtaking scenery of Trang An with expertise and enthusiasm. Despite the heat, Lee's attentive care and informative commentary kept us engaged and entertained throughout the journey. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated in the sun! High praise to Lee for his exceptional guidance and hospitality.
