Great morning seeing the sights of Ha Noi - We booked this tour at the last minute the night before as our flight was delayed the following day and we suddenly had extra hours in Ha Noi. Khoi and Vu were on time at our hotel and Khoi had confirmed the night before what we wanted to see. Both Khoi and Vu were great guides knowing how to get where we needed to and were very proud of Ha Noi and Vietnam. It was great to see the city and history through their eyes. Highly recommend this tour.

First Time Vietnam Visitors - We arrived in Hanoi for a 10 day visit of a beautiful country. During our visit we had the pleasure of meeting Thu and Gracie whom guided us during our visit. Thu would guide us to Tam Dao and Ninh Dinh. Amazing landscapes and beautiful temples with plenty of historical value. Then we took in the sites in Hanoi. Gracie a very knowledgeable young lady guided us through the history of Vietnam going back to the 10th century. She is a wealth of knowledge and certainly be a fit for anyone wanting to absorb the history of Vietnam. Her English-speaking ability is very good and leaves no doubt at what she is saying. We would highly recommend this service as it is free and allows the guide to grow in communicating with foreigners.

Wonderful Private Tour! - On my first day in Hanoi, I had no idea what to do. I found this very affordable private guided tour through Tripadvisor. It was the best decision I made. My guide, Vu Giang, and I walked to Hoan Kiem Lake and visited the temple. The guides from this nonprofit organization are mostly students and working people. My guy told me he does this to practice his English. At the same time all of his explanations about Vietnam and the history were on par with a professional guide. I was impressed!
We also went to Train Street and Hanoi Prison then we had lunch at Bánh mì Long Hội. It was a memorable experience that I highly recommend. You can tailor the tour to what you would like to do.

Mega World outing - We went to Little Hong Kong Ocean Park 2 and Grand Mega World. Our guide Jay was very friendly and blended well with us seniors. She was knowledgeable, speaks good English, respectful, caring. Not only gives knowledge to the us the tourists but showed great enthusiasm in wanting to get to know us.
Jay is mature beyond her age and does not hesitate to offer her opinion and suggestions. Had a great time.

Hanoi Tourism - It was the first day of sightseeing in Hanoi. After we decided on our destination, we were taught about history as we walked along the path to get there. They also showed me around the museum. At lunch, we ate pho, a street food stall, and they supported us in Vietnamese and English. He told me many times about important things like directions and prices according to my English ability.

Perfect walking tour ! - We did the free walking tour with Gracie, an incredibly friendly young Vietnamese woman. She took us to every corner of the city: the old quarter, the historic district, the lake.... She gave us some good addresses, and we talked all day about our respective cultures, opinions and so on. We laughed a lot! Gracie speaks very good English, she's sweet and knows everything there is to know about the history of Hanoi! We recommend her more than 100%!

Free Hanoi Private Tour Guides - Booked the guided tour for a 3 hrs visit to the Old Quarters. Had a wonderful time with our guide Loan who helped us understand the history of the Phoc Son Temple and the Ma May House. Her explanation made the visits more meaningful.
The same can be said of Raufez and Hai who guided us on our visits to Hoa Lo Prison, Temple of Literature and Imperial Citadel of Thang Long. Despite their young age, (20 and 16!) the depth of their knowledge on the history of these places was really impressive and they were really attentive to our needs too.
The coordinator was very responsive too and transparent on any costs that might be involved to make sure that there won't be any misunderstanding i.e. while we need not pay the guides, we will have to cover admission ticket fee at places of interest, food and transport (if we are not walking) which I felt was more than fair.
Big thank you to the organisation and the three guides for making our visit a memorable one!
