Street tour - This is a great way to see the narrow streets of the Old City. At eye level and just a little faster than walking pace but right in with all the motorbikes and walkers. Half hour trip on weekend picked up beside the lake Highlight was driving down the Chinese Medicine street. The always changing aromas of the spices was so inviting. Each shop emitted a different aroma. Great way to see the old city without having to walk

The booking details need to be updated as the puppet show times are in the afternoon so therefore cannot be included in the morning tour and in addition the electric car tour was not included.

The tour guide is ok but we took taxi to commute between the sites. Kind of funny to not have transport for such private tour. At 90 for 4 hours tour without vehicle, on taxi, this is not value for money at all, especially in places like Hanoi

We did not enjoy our tour. Our tour... -
We did not enjoy our tour. Our tour guide arrived 20 minutes late. We started the electric car tour around 2:20pm on a very hot day. It was totally not comfortable and enjoyable. We did not learn much from our tour guide on the cultural and historical side of the Old Quarter. He showed us the silk market , the candy market, fruit market and grocery store while waiting for the water puppet show to start. He took us to the Thang Long Water Puppet Show after the side tour and got us seats but did not explain what the show was all about as
the laungage spoken was in all Vietnamese. Our tour guide did not also personally bring us back to the Sofitel Metropole Legend Hanoi Hotel but got us instead a taxi to bring us to our hotel. We paid 20Vnd extra for the taxi. We won't recommend this tour to anyone.

I paid for 5 hour and hour guide after 3 hours decided that we have already seen everything so he wanted to leave us at the hotel. I asked to see something else so he took us to a market. The place for the noodles is not to the standard of a 65 dollars tour, so when I told the guide that we didn't want to go he gave me 4 dollars back.
I def not recommend this tour.
