6D5N Danang private tour - Review This is my returned trip to Vietnam and I have chosen Jacky Vietnam Travel again because I have a very good experience with them during my first visit at Hanoi. This second trip in Danang as expected that good services was provided by Jacky Vietnam Travel again. Before the trip, Hanna is very helpful to provide me the itineraries for Danang, her response was very fast and answer all my questions. She is also very patient despite my last changes from group tour to private tour. The whole process was well planned. Both the tour guide and driver, Mr Nam and Mr Hue are very friendly and caring. Mr Nam is very resourceful and can speak english very well, he always provide answer to my queries during the whole trip. He will explain to us clearly the activity and timing for each day before we start our day trip. Mr Hue is polite and he is a careful driver, he is also very observant, always ensure we have enough water when back from each site visiting to his car. Last but not least, Mr Jacky and Ms Hanna texted us daily to check on our trips to ensure that we are well taken care of. On the first night, the hotel room air-conditioning was very noisy which disturb our sleep, Hanna has make an effort to communicate with the hotel, it was solved immediately by changing us to another room. Thank you Jacky, Hanna and team for making this trip memorable. My husband and I really appreciate. I also highly recommend Jacky Vietnam Travel to all if you wanted to travel to Hanoi or Danang.

Worth your time and money! - We had the most wonderful time in this tour! Our guide took us to wonderful stops to try some of the most delicious food we have ever had during our travels. He not only provided great background information on the food we ate, but also provided great information on the history of Hanoi. I would highly recommend booking this tour!

So great experience! - It was a really nice experience with great guides. They adapted the tour to my needs. I discover many things and asked many questions. I even was late (25 minutes) and they didn't take it into account and still did a 3 hour tour. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful holidays in Vietnam with Jacky Vietnam Travel - twice, and going again! - Jacky’s services are second to none! He is efficient, attentive, approachable, straightforward and honest. Trips, transport and meals can be customised to your budget and needs. Jacky gives good advise, is communicative and responsive.
 In December 2022, my family and I did a private tour at Danang, Bana Hills and Hoi An.
 It was such a memorable trip that we returned to Vietnam in December 2023. We had tours in Hanoi, Sapa, Fansipan, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. It was an amazing time - beautiful scenery, great weather, great tour guides and drivers, delicious meals and enjoyable shopping at wholesale markets. Fansipan was our favourite with the top of the world feel. The next favourite was the cruise at Halong Bay - simply scenic and peaceful. Ninh Binh couldn’t be more beautiful with a long boat ride surrounded by paddy fields and mountains. 

 The next time we go to Vietnam, we will go for tours in Ho Chi Minh, a Mekong delta tour, Mui Ne and Da Lat. 

 Jacky Travels for your holiday in Vietnam will leave you with no regrets. There will only be wonderful memories and wanting to go back to Vietnam for more - such a beautiful country with so much to offer. Jacky is highly recommended and commendable.

Traveling with a local expert is best - It was the best decision for us to book Jacky to handle our Hanoi trip. Smooth pick up from the airport and then he welcomed us at the hotel. He then brought us to the right restaurants for their specialties. He arranged everything for us including the overnight cruise and excursions. The hotel was located between old quarters and french quarters, so almost everything was walking distance, even to the central plaza surrounding a legendary lake. Vietnam has so much to offer but because of language barrier, it is best to get a local like Jacky so that you save time guessing their best go to places or how to get there.

9 days in Vietnam - This is one of my best tours. Personal care, very prompt on transportation. There were no delays. All team members are very friendly. I will definitely recommend them without any hesitation.
