Vietnam North to South - Fantastic - Call out to "Julie" she was my point of contact from the agency and to put it simply she did a fantastic job with the planning and execution of the plan. Spot on 😊 Had an absolute wonderful experience my overall trip was magnificent success and I will definitely be using the agency again. All - pick up - transfer - tours - stay - food - return drop everything planned to the dot with room for personal time and self sight seeing opportunities. It was like our own little private tour. Awesome experience. - Me and my friends decided to include Vietnam as part of our trip and was referred to Gadt Travel Hanoi by a social media.Stella were extremely attentive to our needs in the booking phase and tailor made us our trip including everything. Airport pick ups, flights in country, transfers, tours, private tours, excursions and all. Everything was taken care of and if we ever had a question Stella would get back to us in seconds with the answer. I cannot praise this company enough for everything they have done for us. Everything was perfect from the wonderful accommodations, fantastic tour guides, great transfers and sleeper trains. Even right down to booking us the bottom bunks on the trains as they are the best. If you do one thing when you get to Vietnam no matter where you land is get in touch with these guys. There are so many dodgy travel agents out here but Gadt Travel Hanoi are the real deal always putting the emphasis on fantastic customer experience of this great country. Stella prepared a personalized itinerary for us with six days to visit the places we selected in Vietnam. We flew into Hanoi, traveled to Ha Long Bay, then flew to Hué and visited Hoi An. Our last destination was Ho Chi Minh City. The hotels and meals were well chosen. All of our guides and drivers were very knowledgeable and professional. I only wish we had more time available and we are sure to go back and use Stella again.Thanks Stella. We will be back again and of course will organize everything through you.
