An Excellent Transfer/Driver Option - After using Danny Phan Travel to transfer us from the Airport to Hanoi, based on reading TA reviews where the driver was exactly where we needed to be picked up from, we decided on using them again for a day trip to Ninh Binh. This time we travelled with Danny as our personal driver. He was very flexible as we wanted to depart earlier than usual and he provided a safe and interesting trip. Dropping us off to the various places to visit. He was a pleasant and diligent driver. He has a pleasant personality and helped when we had a small issue. We again used them to take us to the airport on our departure. All cars at all times were clean and comfortable and in good condition with great air conditioning. Danny and both airport drivers were safe and communicated well with some English. Danny’s communication is excellent in person and via WhatsApp and gives clear confirmation on when and where to meet with pictures that make things clear and concise. We found the prices for all transfers and his driver services to Ninh Binh to be highly competitive and given the comfort and flexibility were very reasonable in our opinion. Based on our experiences we would use his company again if we were to return to Hanoi and would recommend this company without hesitation. Thankyou Danny and best to you and your staff.

Exceptional experience! - We were so lucky to have discovered Danny Phan Travel for our 4 days in Hanoi! We've done 3 trips with them and were extremely well looked after. All drivers were all very friendly, reliable, safe and on time. The cars were clean and modern. The management was responsive and professional. And all of this at very reasonable pricing. I cannot recommend Danny Phan highly enough. They made the hectic traffic in Hanoi feel like a breeze! Thank you!

Really enjoyable 5 day tour with Danny himself - We found Danny on trip advisor and booked a trip with pickup from Halong Bay port and took us on a 5 day tour first to Ninh Binh and then on to Sa Pa followed by a trip back to Hanoi. We had a day in each stop touring round the attractions of the area. Danny knew great places to visit in both regions we visited and was informative on the culture and sights of Vietnam, he is very keen to show the very best of the country. Danny’s driving is safe and confidence giving in a comfortable well maintained car. We made good progress all around the country and everything was promptly and on time. We also had an airport transfer with one of Danny’s other drivers who,was polite and ready for us at the terminal. Overall absolutely recommend Danny Phan travel if looking for a tour or a transfer of some sort. Excellent experience.

Door to door, there and back. - I travelled with my wife. We had a great trip to Tam Coc. The driver that took us there arrived exactly on time and we had a comfortable, safe journey. It was a little tricky to find our accommodation but the driver persevered and made sure we got there safely. Our return trip, was equally as good, only this time the motorway was closed without warning, some miles before Hanoi. We were redirected to a small road along with all the other traffic and a huge traffic jam greeted us. It took an extra hour to get home and our driver was amazingly patient and good-humoured. He must have wanted to get home as much as we did, I thank him for his professionalism. To sum up, both trips were comfortable, and polite, and took us from door to door. We are very pleased with the service we received and certainly will use them on the future, as well as highly recommending. Also, it is a beautiful place to visit.

A trip to remember with Danny Phan Travel. - Danny was super helpful and easy to deal with in terms of what type of car to use, time for pick-up and price to pay. The driver he sent us was very professional, courteous and polite not to mention an excellent photgrapher. We had a great time and thanks to Danny Phan and his driver for making it a trip to remember. We would definitely use their services again and will recommend it to our friends.

Private driver - The trip was easy and well organised. Very friendly driver and although his English was fluent he tried very hard to communicate and show us the best time. We chose not to visit exactly what was planned and they were very obliging with our requests.
