Beautiful, Simply Beautiful. - As an aged couple we were not too keen on a difficult hike. But to our pleasant surprise, it was a gentle trek downhill meaning it was suitable for all ages. The tour guide was extremely friendly and kind, pacing us on our slow trek down while pointing out interesting places of interest and fantastic photo spots. The villages were so quaint and beautiful, seemingly untouched by the rapid development of the surrounding areas, a perfect reflection of history and culture.

Amazing journey - Great hike, great exercise, great views. I have absolutely loved the journey around Sapa, viewing the small nice villages and speaking to the friendly villagers. The hike was relatively easy, with not too steep an incline. Tour guide was amazing, and she being from the village was extremely knowledgable with regards to the local sights. Highly recommended fuss free experience!

Spectacular views! - We did the trekking tour to Muong Hoa valley, Ta Van and Lao Chai village. The trekking tour was fantastic! We walked along the Muong Hoa valley and enjoyed spectacular views of Fansipan mountain, a terraced ricefield in Muong hoa valley. Lunch was included and bus was also included back to our hotel after the trekking tour. Recommend!

Best tour in Sapa - They picked up at our hotel with friendly tour guide and we had a wonderful time to Muong hoa valley, Lao Chai village, Ta Van village. Do not visit Cat Cat village, it is not worth for your time, Cat Cat village is a commercial village.

Great hike but not a perfect experience - Our hike throughout the villages was very nice and our guide was pleasant and friendly and spoke good English. She was kind and even carried our bag throughout the hike. Unfortunately, we can’t give a perfect review for two reasons. One our pick up was supposed to be nine, but didn’t come until 9:30 and this was communicated to us so we just sat around and didn’t know if anyone was coming. The most detracting part of the experience was the drive from the end of the hike to our hotel. The driver was driving angrily and dangerously on the cliff side and it was nauseating and scary. We asked our hiking guide to tell him to slow down and she did. Apparently, he was angry and in a fight with his wife who was in the front seat?

Unreliable - Booking through Viator was easy and quick. The booking confirmation came and the money was paid. What did not come was the tour guide and contact with the local provider was not possible.

Terrible Experience and Not Like A Boss - We were contacted immediately after booking the trip and all communication was good. Guide collected us at 9.15am as arranged and was a nice Mhong girl. Unfortunately she spoke very little English and clearly knew nothing about anywhere she was taking us, or could not share any knowledge due to no English. Not her fault but clearly the fault of the tour operator not caring at all about our (my daughter and I) experience. I texted him pretty much straight away and he finally decided he could send another guide. By then we’d met another couple of people on a private trip whose guide was fantastic - great English, very knowledgeable about the area, the tribes and the villages. We paid her and joined the tour and had a great day. The tour operator lied to Aviator and said he had cancelled the tour due to bad weather. A lie designed to deflect any blame - pathetic. He refunded our money which is the only good thing I can say.
