Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam! A driver will greet you at the airport and assist with your hotel check-in. Enjoy an overnight stay in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour
You will be picked up from your hotel to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, Temple of Literature, Ethnology Museum, Old Quarter, and Hoan Kiem Lake.
Day 3: Hanoi to Halong
Travel east from Hanoi for over three hours to reach Halong Bay, a UNESCO-designated Natural World Heritage site. Enjoy a boat cruise to explore the stunning beauty of this “Descending Dragon” bay. After a fresh seafood lunch, visit the Surprising Grotto, swim or kayak, and pass by floating villages and islets. Overnight on the boat.
Day 4: Halong to Hanoi
Take a boat tour to Luon Cave and return to the Halong Wharf, passing notable islands like Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, Incense Burner Rock, and Sea Dog Rock. Arrive at the wharf and return to Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi to Saigon
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Upon arrival, transfer to the city center for hotel check-in and relaxation. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 6: City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnels
In the morning, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, a significant Vietnam War site with 200 km of hand-dug tunnels. Experience crawling through a section of the tunnels. In the afternoon, visit the Reunification Palace, Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and War Museum. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 7: Mekong Delta
Arrive in My Tho and visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. Enjoy a boat ride along the river to see stilt houses, fruit plantations, and fishing villages. Proceed to Tortoise Islet for lunch in an orchard garden. Take a boat ride to Ben Tre, cruise on a hand-rowed sampan under water coconut trees, and enjoy seasonal fruit and honey tea while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by locals.
Day 8: Saigon to Phnom Penh
Transfer to the airport or bus station for your journey to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, a driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy your free time.
Day 9: Phnom Penh City Tour
Visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, local markets, and the Choeung Ek Museum.
Day 10: Phnom Penh to Siem Reap
Transfer to Siem Reap by flight or bus.
Day 11: Full Day in Angkor
Explore Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm, Angkor Wat, and Phnom Bakeng.
Day 12: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight back home.
