Old Quarter - Guests will be picked up at hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area. Our guide will arrive at your hotel, confirm your name with the receptionist for the tour, and then transfer you to Ninh Binh Province. The drive takes about 2 hours, including a short break along the way.

Bai Dinh Pagoda - Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, the most renowned and largest pagoda in Southeast Asia, known for its numerous records such as 500 Stone Arhat Statues, a 36-ton bronze Bell, and a 100-ton Buddha Statue. Trang An Grottoes - Stop for lunch at a local restaurant offering a variety of local dishes such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice. Vegetarian options are always available in the buffet lunch. After lunch, guests will visit Trang An, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An features an impressive tunnel cave system, which was chosen by Kong’s Movie Group for the 2016 film “Skull Island.” The Trang An boat tour is a top activity for travelers in Ninh Binh, attracting visitors from around the world to admire the caves and temples while enjoying a peaceful boat trip.

Mua Caves - Return to the Limousine Bus and head to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Climb nearly 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain for a breathtaking panoramic view of Tam Coc. At the end of the day, guests will be transferred to a bungalow for check-in. Enjoy some rest and dinner at the bungalow, then take advantage of your free time to explore the local area and spend the night at the bungalow in Ninh Binh.

Ninh Binh to Halong & Lan Ha Bay Day Cruise – Hanoi (B/L)

Halong Bay - After breakfast, check out of your bungalow. Between 6:45 AM and 7:15 AM, board a group limousine heading to Halong Bay, a 4.5-hour drive. Arrive at Halong harbor just before midday. Welcome aboard the cruise, where guests will have lunch as the boat begins to explore Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Cruise through the remote areas of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, discovering many hidden natural wonders. This UNESCO World Heritage site is located in northeastern Vietnam’s Gulf of Tonkin, in Quang Ninh Province. The lush emerald and turquoise waters are home to over 1,600 mostly uninhabited islands and islets, according to UNESCO.

Lan Ha Bay - Explore Lan Ha Bay by kayaking or rowing a bamboo boat around the Bright and Dark Cave. Enjoy the trampoline, water slide, swimming, or simply relax on the boat in Lan Ha Bay. Return to the boat for a cooking class to learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. As the boat cruises back to the harbor, guests can join the Sunset Ceremony with tea and small cakes while taking in the stunning views of the bay. Between 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM, disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor in Halong Bay. Bid farewell to the crew and the bay, then transfer back to Hanoi Old Quarter, arriving between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM. This concludes the 2-day, 1-night package.
