Best cooking lesson ever! - Our cooking lesson and market tour with Chef Hung was one of the best things we did in Vietnam! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this - it was fun, interesting, and delicious!

Fun cooking! - My cooking class with Chef Hung was so fun! We had an exciting start to the morning at the market. It was amazing to see the variety of fresh produce. Wonderful to get tofu just made and still warm, bring it back to the kitchen to cook! The cooking class was excellent. Chef Hung is passionate, sharing his knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, even a few secrets like how to make ‘crispy’ Vietnamese pancakes or adding rum to sauce for that extra flavour. He is super friendly, down to earth, and an encouraging teacher. I enjoyed every minute of his cooking class and it’s also a great activity for a family travelling together to cook together! Highly recommended.

A magnificent opportunity for life and taste. - The Chef is a very friendly person, warm, gentle and with a good direction at all times. Head of a good kitchen, very clear when talking and with precise indications. It is a pleasure and pleasure to have had the opportunity to take such a course in this country that offers such a rich cuisine and full of colors and flavors to carry in the memory, the heart and in practice. Thank you Cheff Hang-Pickle!

Vegan cooking class with tien is incredible - The cooking class was incredible :) Chef tien is a great mentor on top of being super nice. I learned a lot !!!

Great experience with Chef Mango! - Chef Mango was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me and my father. It was just us two in the class which I was happy about because then the chef can focus on just us. The vegan food that we made was fantastic and ai learned so much and fell more in love with Vietnamese food. The market tour was fun and the best part was eating the yummy food we made!

Really great experience - Mango was very nice. She learned us a lot about Vietnamese ingredients and cooking. We enjoyed the trip to the market, where she let us taste fruits and smell herbs. In the kitchen she was super helpful and together we made really tasty vegetarian dishes.

Fun, delicious and learnt a lot!!! - What a fantastic experience with Chef pickle! The market tour was amazing, the food was terrific and Chef was very fun and knowledgeable! Chef Pickle catered so well for our 6 year old who enjoyed every minute. Can’t wait to make a Vietnamese feats at home!

Great class! - Had a great time during the cooking course. Chef Hưng is super friendly and very knowledgeable about Vietnamese cuisine. The food was so good and the restaurant is located in a beautiful historical building. Would highly recommend!
