Awesome Ice & Snow Festival in Harbin - We had an awesome experience at Harbin where Ice and Snow Festival was going on at that time. The snow and ice sculptures made by people from all over the world were incredible. The trip to the city turned out to be an amazing trip for which I would like to thank Ms Sera Hao who is a private, English speaking, Tour guide along with the private driver Mr. Dong. We took a 3-day tour with Ms. Sera Hao who used to pick us up from our hotel in the morning and were taken around the city covering all major places and events. She also helped us on her own with the disposable heating pads for our feet and hands. We made a trip to Volga Manor too on one of the days which was very beautiful and all covered in snow. Ms Sera Hao made the trip so well planned and convenient while arranging tickets and food too as we are vegetarians. She, along with the driver Mr. Dong also provided the timely help in our crisis time there as my daughter fell sick during the trip one day. They immediately took us to the hospital, completed all formalities at the registration counter and swiftly took us to the appropriate doctor. For that, I'll always be thankful to both of them. Overall, we had an amazing time and enjoyed the beautiful snow covered city to the fullest.

What a fabulous way to see Harbin, when it's -37C! - I am 65 years old and usually travel in China, solo. However, given that Harbin's temperature was -37C, I thought it'd be difficult to manage getting around by public transport in such cold weather, so I booked this 3 day tour. I have been so impressed by the outstanding service provided by Kevin, my guide, and the ever so careful, Mr Dong, my driver. They were always on time, and always highly courteous. Kevin speaks fluent English and was a remarkable companion over the three days. Given that the ground was icey and slippery, Kevin was always just there to make sure that I was safe. I was able to experience a variety of local delicious food for lunch. Kevin guided me through a myriad of experiences in Harbin, but, without doubt, the highlight was the Ice and Snow Festival. Just breaktakingly beautiful! Well worth it! Thank you Kevin and Mr Dong. Samantha, while we never met, you were so responsive to all my messages. Thanks!

Excellent trip arrangement - Our Chinese speaking tour guide (许瑞雪小姐)and the driver (徐师傅)are very knowledgeable, friendly, responsible and caring person. They helped to take good care of my elderly mother during the whole trip. They also pick up us at airport and hotel on time. Besides, they also plan the trip properly as my mother was lame in her knees with gout. I highly recommended for this private package with tour guide (许瑞雪小姐)and the driver (徐师傅).
