Great day trip to drink Rioja wines. - Great whole day trip to Rioja wineries. Ania was very knowledgeable and took us to 3 great wineries, lunch, and the medieval village of LaGuardia. My husband and I enjoyed this wine tour.

Amazing Rioja tour with a terrific guide and company! - What a wonderful organization - so helpful and professional! Mark was our guide and did such a terrific job sharing his knowledge of the Basque Region and it's history. An extra bonus was his love of his job. He was so enthusiastic, had a lovely sense of humour and a great relationship with the various people we met on our tour. The countryside was spectacular, and each winery had something special to enjoy. We enjoyed the wine tastings so much that we requested wines from these vineyards at other restaurants during our stay - and very successfully! The highlight was a delicious multi-course lunch offering such great food from the region. Mark also had some really great recommendations for the rest of our visit in San Sebastian. This was a terrific way to get familiar with the countryside, and Basque food and wine - and Mark was a stellar guide. We loved our tour!

Intersting and educational - The tour included a variety of wineries - old, traditional and modern. This was interesting as it gave offered a good all rounded view of the Rioja wineries. Our guide Ania, was truly amazing. She was not only knowledgeable as to the regions wines, but also gave us some historical facts about the Basque country which was very interesting. The lunch was also nice.

Tour so good we did it twice! - This is our second time using Ania and the Ikusnahi team for the full-day Rioja wine tour. I highly recommend the team because: - They are professional prior to, during, and post event - They have timely communication - Find wineries that are doing unique things - Give you a diverse set of wineries to see the spectrum. Each of our two tours we did 3 different wineries, and they were all different. We appreciated the variety. - Give you an amazing history of the region so you have more context - Comfortable and nice transportation I could go for hours of how much we enjoyed our experiences with Ania. We will hope go back to Spain next year and we will def take another Ikusnahi tour.

An exception day in the vines in a beautiful region. A life highlight. - Full day tour from San Sebastian to the Rioja wine region. We had the same tour guide as our last tour with this company and we couldn't be happier. Another great time. Markle looked after us and gave us great info and conversation throughout the day. Wines were special and I now know so much more about this area. Would recommend this trip to anyone wanting a day out of the city with great views, great sights great wines and food. A truly memorable experience.

Up up and away in Rioja - Had an amazing day with Ania. It started with a floating balloon experience (Arcoiris Visajes Globo) with clear blue skies and stunning views. This was a highlight of our trip!!! After we toured a couple of wineries (Rioja Alta & Torre de Ona) where we learnt a wealth of information about the region and the wine making in Spain. Memorable Day, Great Wine, Great Food - We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this trip and Mark for anyone looking for a day in Rioja. He was a wealth of knowledge and fascinated us and entertained us throughout the day. We learned about the area, the history, the wine and wine making, food, language, culture, etc. it was such a lovely, memorable day, we would definitely do it again!

Epic tour and guide - We had a great guide in Markel, his local knowledge and history was second to none. We had a great time with our family. Four adults and two kids. He catered for all of us.

Amazing food, wine and the best guide ever - Absolutely wonderful tour. Markel was so knowledgeable about so many topics and a great storyteller. We learned so much about the area and the Basque culture and enjoyed every minute. I can’t say enough good things about the experience, we loved every minute. The scenery was amazing, the food was terrific, and the wine was fantastic. The tour itself was great but Markel as our guide made it memorable. I would definitely recommend requesting him, our group loved Markel!
