Your private Robinson R44 helicopter will whisk you from Westchester County Airport to Manhattan and back at sunset, day or night. Dazzle your loved one with unforgettable aerial views of the iconic Manhattan Skyline from above while cozying up to one another.
Helicopters take off from Westchester County Airport and reach NYC airspace within minutes. Our skilled pilots will take you on a 30-minute tour, showcasing bird’s-eye views of Midtown Manhattan, Central Park, Empire State Building, Harlem, Yankee Stadium, and the George Washington Bridge. Please note: the 30-minute tour does not cover the Lower Manhattan/Statue of Liberty area.
For a more extended tour, the 45-minute ride includes all the sights mentioned above, plus a visit to the Freedom Tower, Battery Park, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
If you choose the transfer option, we can provide roundtrip car service between Manhattan and Westchester County Airport for your convenience.
- Tours depart and arrive at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY. The departure point is easily accessed by public transit (Metro-North rail from Grand Central Terminal) or car (free parking). Please note: this tour departs and arrives in Westchester.
- PLEASE NOTE: The 30-minute tour does not reach Lower Manhattan or the Statue of Liberty area.
- Convenient roundtrip transfers are available from anywhere in Manhattan for additional fee (if option selected). Rates are based on regular cars.
- All flights are subject to weather and helicopter maintenance; if canceled due to these reasons, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- Routes are subject to change based on weather, air traffic control and temporary flight restrictions.
- Maximum weight 250 lbs (113 kg) per passenger and 500 lbs (226 kg) combined in R44 helicopter. Maximum passenger height is 6 ft 3 in (192 cm) in R44 helicopter.
- Children younger than 2 years may ride on their parent’s lap at no cost.
- People under age 18 require parental or guardian consent.
- Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed on helicopter flights.
- Wings Air Helicopters LLC assumes no liability for any services (ground transportation, photography, catering, hotel, etc.) arranged on client’s behalf with third parties.

Manhattan helicopter trip - The trip was fantastic, we got picked up from Times Square and taken to white plains where we had a 45 minute flight around manhattan and the surrounding boroughs, it was a fantastic trip with the city all ablaze with lights.

Flight of a lifetime. - The best experience in my life! 45 minutes of stunning views, two circles around the Statue of Liberty (so we could see and make pictures from each helicopter side). I’d do this again and again.

Anniversary Night 45 minute Flight over New York - What an absolutely amazing experience from the moment we was picked up by our driver Emile who was professional courteous and also a good laugh along the way which helped settle the nerves
Then arrival at the airfield we was welcomed and offered refreshments and given a brief safety video to watch
Once completed the safety video we was transported to our helicopter and as it was our anniversary the added extra of flowers and champagne just gave that little more spark to our flight
Our pilot (I'm rubbish with names but I'm sure it was Anthony but I maybe wrong) but however our pilot was amazing at easing nerves and was very informative and professional but also able to have some good jokes with on our journey
If you are fortunate enough to experience this trip you won't be disappointed especially if you have great weather
If I could give this experience a 10 on trip advisor I would as definitely worth more than a 5

Night flight over Manhattan - Tremendous.
Like others, I chose this company based on the glowing reviews and were not at all disappointed with the result. Flight carried out as part of a marriage proposal, and preparation for the day of the flight, the entire team is very professional and caring.
Christine, one of the people on this team, speaks French which was a great help, but the other people also have some knowledge or at least are very understanding.
We took the driver option, and it was also very pleasant. Very clean vehicle, very friendly driver and possibility to arrange to pick you up at point A and drop you off at point B on the return.
The flight is spectacular, even more so at night I think. The pilot takes the time to explain to you what we see and the camera is really great for taking photos or videos.
Thanks again to the whole team, it was a wonderful moment for us and one we will not forget!

No regrets! Worth every penny. - Anthony was a wonderful pilot and tour guide that gave my husband and I the experience of a lifetime. He was knowledgeable, affable and extremely professional. Don’t return home from New York without experiencing this tour, because no one wants to go home and say I wish I did that. The previous day we did a 7 hour bus, walk and ferry tour of New York. However, we were shown a whole new perspective from the sky. Traveling to Westchester airport allowed us to see some of the outer suburban area. We saw country clubs, dams, stadiums and so much more that we hadn’t seen. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up so close was an amazing experience. Loved it.

Go home with no regrets! - “Don’t go home regretting that you didn’t experience things whilst you had the chance.” We took a 45 minute helicopter tour and it was absolutely fantastic. The views were spectacular and gave us a completely different perspective of the city we’d toured the previous day. We were in awe of just how expansive New York is. Our tour guide was friendly, attentive and had really good knowledge of all of the areas we covered and saw in the distances. Consider this one of the best presents you could give yourself, because the memories will last a lifetime.
