Have a valuable experience! - This camping experience in the desert became a lifelong memory of mine. The Berber staff at the campsite are attentive, and you can enjoy their performance after dinner. I would love for others to experience the big red sunset and starry sky that can only be seen in the desert, and the quiet white morning sun.

Unforgettable - We (family with 4 kids) totally loved the experience of being away from the inhabited world. We rode 1,5 hours on the camels (actually dromedaries) to reach our small camp, where our hosts had already begun cooking a lovely and abundant tajine. The camels were treated respectfully by the guide. Seeing sunset and sunrise in the sand dunes is unforgettable, the light and shadow just breathtaking. Next morning back in the hotel in Merzouga, I noticed I had lost my car key in the tent. The hotel owner did everything he could to help me get it back, which 1 luckily did. This trip alone was worth the flight to Morocco...

The Camel House is like a song of the desert - Is the Sahara more starry or more sandy? You may find the answer when you come to the "Camel House". Here, Mohammed, the owner of the Camel House, will take you to enjoy the desert fun brought by sand-sweeping motorcycles, hiking, camel riding, and four-wheel drive tours at the most fair price. Here, you are immersed in Mohammed's tent, deep into the heart of the desert, surrounded by undulating sand dunes, and the highest peak of Merzouga is close at hand; there is no trace of other camps around, and in the vast world, you and I, who are so small, seem to be able to appreciate the meaning of life better. Here, you feel the unique historical heritage and humanistic feelings nurtured by the vast land of Sahara, like a book, like a song, and more like a poem. Mohammed was born in the desert and grew up in the sand dunes. He was once the most traditional nomadic people on this land. Because of raising camels, he had savings, and finally settled down and opened the Camel House. At Camel House, you can experience not just a simple desert trip, but the desert feelings that blend and coexist with this magical land. Mohammed's hands are the roughest I have ever held, and his gestures are filled with the most simple and kind nature of the Berbers. Every day at Camel House, you will immerse yourself in every wonder and beauty of the desert. If you want to feel the true beauty of the desert on your trip to the Sahara, Camel House is the best choice.

Desert was beautiful - It was a really nice trip and totally worth it’s money. The hosts were super nice and the scenery was stunning. If having to go to the desert by camel is an ethnical question, but the camels we rode looked fine. But you can also go there by “motorbike”/ quat, which would be way more animal friendly.
