The semi-day excursion directs us towards the antiquated hamlet of Hatta, the singular mountain retreat available in the Emirates. Initially the tour takes us by the Hatta highway, an Oman-bound route.

A brief respite at a local marketplace gives a much-needed rest prior to arriving at Hatta Heritage Village; a unique tour of bucolic splendor.

Delightful green landscapes, abrupt corners; arid mountain lanes, and unusual rock formations offer a genuine taste of adventure. We traverse through spectacular ‘wadis’ within the region of Hatta. Pools of open water and large ditches offer swimming possibilities. (It would be advisable to bring swimwear and towels).
