Great value, friendly guide, wonderful trip! - The trip was not rushed at all and we got to see many places! This tour has the option of opting out the scenic world rides to self-guided bush walk. The walk was nice and easy enough for my parents (60s). We also love that you get to have the ferry ride back in this tour! Our guide Irene was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and really clear on everything. Such a pleasant, safe journey!

Blue Mountain Tour - full day of enjoyment! - Our driver/guide did an excellent job. She made our day very special. Weather looked cloudy & possible rain but we lucked out and even got a little sunshine. I highly recommend the Blue Mountain tour including Sydney Zoo.

Very enjoyable - Great visit at the zoo, the mountains were lovely and guide/driver Mark was amazing. Couldn’t believe the wealth of information from our guide. Everything from landmarks in Sydney, to Australian history, to everything you could want to know about Australian wildlife. And he was funny and very friendly. Superb job.

Great tour! Ample time at... - Great tour! Ample time at the Sydney zoo, and although we were late leaving the city our excellent tour guide re-routed our trip so we still had the allocated 1.5 hours at the zoo. Fed kangaroos and had the opportunity to take a $20 photo with a koala. You were not able to hold the koala, so I opted out of this, and thus had enough time to see all of the Australian animals, primates, aquarium and nocturnal animals as well as elephants. Others that took the photo opp were not able to do as much as this. Then we went to lunch in Leura. Cafe leura offers a kangaroo burger, and had ample time to eat and stock up on snacks at woolworths down the road. Then off to Echo point lookout, where we were given 30 minutes to see the three sisters and blue mountain. This is where my section of the tour should have been able to start the Prince Henry Cliff walk. Was a bit confused with the itinerary as a card placed in the seat on the bus stated that “sightseeing tours” would be stopping at scenic world blue mountains, and my itinerary had the prince Henry cliff walk in place. A message to the tour operator (office in Melbourne) stated that I would be free to go on the walk when the three sisters lookout was completed, however the tour guide driving the bus stated I had to stay with the group and could do the portion of the walk from scenic world. Was disappointed by this, as I had desired to do the 8 km portion and instead was only able to do 3km of the hike due to the timing with the other participants going to scenic world. I believe this should be better listed, and better communication between the driver and tour operator. All in all an excellent day, but I do believe Viator should list that the tour must go to scenic world, and then you have two hours to do a portion of the cliff walk.

Don't go if it's cloudy. - It was a good day but the weather was not good and we couldn't see the views because of the low clouds. We had 2 hours there and spent most of the time queuing for the cable cars and the train, it's far too commercialized now. The tour guide was excellent and made the most of the weather. Do not go if it's cloudy.

This was a really... - This was a really enjoyable tour. Additional time is needed at the Australian Zoo as there's a lot to do within the hour. The Blue Mountains are seeped in heritage and culture and are a must see on a trip to Sydney. Irene is a very knowledgeable tour guide and provided lots of information throughout the day.
