Awesome. - This was the highlight of our tour. The weather was not great and we missed Graskop, but the Blyde Canyon, potholes and the waterfalls were great and we took awesome photos. Our tour guides were excellent. Thank you.

No service delivery, poor communication. - I would not recommend this particular service provider. All the bad reviews about them are true and unfortunately I had the same experience. The service provider first requested me to reschedule my tour to the next day. I agreed. The next day I waited for 45 minutes at the pick up point whilst trying to call him to no avail. I tried different communication channels and they were all ignored. If your stress levels are easily triggered, I recommend you not to interact with Humulani. Fortunately, I was fully reimbursed. But the inconvenience was irreversible at that point.

Do not book with them! - If I could select zero stars I would! I booked a day tour of the Panorama Route from Nelspruit 3 months in advance, and had especially changed my original plans so I could travel to Nelspruit from Johannesburg just to go on this tour. I received a message from Trip Advisor less than 48 hours prior to the tour that the company had cancelled it - no explanation or even the courtesy of an email or message! I sent them messages asking for an explanation as I have now lost over 1500 Rand in transfers/accommodation bookings, not to mention having to make new last minute plans - not one word!!! Very angry!!
