Great day to spend our morning in Heidelberg - We did the 2 1/2 hour tour with Nadia yesterday. She was wonderful, we went at a great pace saw parts of Heidelberg we wouldn’t have seen if we did a walking tour. Learned a lot about the history too. The bicycling was very safe we were in no traffic areas or bike lanes and no hills. The bikes were very good condition too. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent Tour! - Felix, our guide, shared his vast knowledge and enthusiasm for Heidelburg with the group. I enjoyed the sights and commentary. Riding along all the streets, feeling the warm, autumn air, and absorbing the atmosphere made it all a superb afternoon.

Canucks in Heidelberg! - Felix our guide was Awesome! I had made contact with Felix before leaving Canada to arrange our tour of 10 Canadians. We didn’t know if our trip would occur because of an Air Canada pilot strike. At the 12th hour the strike was adverted. Felix made our bike tour happen!
Felix was very knowledgeable, informative and easy to listen to. 👏👏👍.
Thanks Felix!

Great Tour of Heidelberg - This was an excellent tour! Felix was very knowledgeable, and his English was perfect. We got to see a lot more of the city than you would with a walking tour. Highly recommended!

"Pedal Through History: Explore Heidelberg on Two Wheels" - What an awesome bike tour! Felix was amazing and so friendly and engaging. He knew the history of Heidelberg and took us pedaling through some of the most beautiful places in the city. Highly recommend this bike tour as your first stop for fun. Smaller group and the bikes were top notch. Several stops to rest and explore the beauty of Heidelberg.

Delightful, enjoyable, introduction and learning experience of Heidelbeeg - My friend and I signed up a week in advance, thinking it might fill up. It didn’t. We were the only two people and hence experienced a very personable focussed tour, and could freely ask numerous questions. Felix is very fluent in English, having lived fir several years in the UK. The tour covered both new and old aspects of this lovely, romantic city of Heidelberg. From the 14th century castle and University in the Alt Stadt to the recent conversion of a former NATO base, now repurposed for modern / eco community living, we saw and learned of the many sides to the city. The biking was not at all strenuous, (my friend and I are both 65+) and found it very easy to keep up. New bikes and Helmuts are provided, and very appropriate for the tour. We both thoroughly enjoyed ed our time with Felix whose knowledge of the city and its history was extremely informative as an introduction to the city. I highly recommend this tour.

Nice explanation of construction city - What doubly lucky that we could shift with the date.
Namely a day later beautiful beautiful weather AND we were pure luck because of that a private bike ride with Felix.
We start the tour in a suburb of Heidelberg which, it turned out, was on the site where the NATO and US military base was previously located. Witness the headquarters and barracks, Old buildings renovated and new apartment complexes placed in between made it a beautiful neighborhood which embraced history.
The discussions then quickly turned to housing construction and also here housing needs and how they are dealt with. But also with the piece of history from around 1600
With Felix’s explanation of the infrastructure structure and construction of the city, Heidelberg suddenly took on a positive other dimension.
Heidelberg is not only the romantic picture of the castle and city on water with the forested mountains in the background which was so beautiful by the painters and poets in the past. No it is also a student city / where many graduates eventually settled, creating beautiful developed neighborhoods and green strips.
All in all a wonderful bike ride , and nice that Felix had the time for us and gave us a beautiful view of Heidelberg
Again many thanks Felix!
