Tour Guide Devin - I just finished the tour for the day and it was exceptional if you want to get an introduction to popular outdoor areas Iceland is known for. Although, the one thing different I experienced from this tour is the kind and very interactive tour guide we had by the name of Devin. First off the man was very witty so he always had something to say and was very knowledgeable about the areas and even with little questions my girlfriend and I had about the eco system. He was also incredibly kind and accommodating to everyone. There was an older couple he was dropping off and he stepped out of the van to let them out and he noticed a large puddle. He went out of his way to get back in and move the van for them to step out comfortably. The reason I’m saying this is because that ain’t no regular van. It’s not easy to drive. Anyway I’m just here to recommend this gentleman Devin if you book this tour. You’ll have an amazing day with him guiding -Josh Ventura-

Beautiful views; worth the time - When we signed up for this excursion, we were a little hesitant because of how long it was. We are so glad we did it!! We had Snorri as our guide and he was absolutely great!! Every stop was beautiful and there was a good mix of driving and stopping where the excitement didn’t fall too much. We highly recommend this!!

Wonderful day! - Our tour guide/driver "Simon the 1st" was the perfect guide because he is a geology nut. His explanations of the sights was spot on as were his stories of the history of the area. Very enjoyable day.

Very long, but some cool places and guide was very welcoming and informative - The tour was very long, but that's because these places of natural beauty were quite far away from the Capital of Reykjavik unfortunately , which we set off from at 7:30am, our guide on the coach was Amelia, she was very knowledgeable and welcoming, talking and telling Icelandic stories for most of the trip, wanted to leave her a good review, and some of the sights we saw a long the way were really interesting, including the black sand beach and the Glacier lagoon that had a beach filled with formed ice of different shapes/sizes

Beautiful sights and informative guide - The tour was informative. We enjoyed looking at the sights and hearing bits of information around the area. Our guide was knowledgeable and seem to be keen on explaining the science behind things/events. It would have been nice to see Skógafoss a bit earlier in the day when there was more daylight. Overall, we enjoyed the tour and would recommend the tour.

Good experience - We had a tour with Leroy, who was very informative and attentive. He gave use loads of great information, and was just lovely to be around. The tour had the right ratio of being in the bus to being out the bus and doing for us, and we had plenty of time for everything, never felt rushed or that we were waiting for too long. The tour itself was good and worth doing if you have a day free, but personally for us, it was not our favourite content wise

You cannot see when seated in the last row - Buyer beware! I reserved this trip weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we were the last pick-up spot and the only seats left were in the last row of the sprinter van (not a bus as advertised). There were no windows to the right or left in the last row. You could see if you leaned forward from your hips and turned your neck to look out of the windows in the row in front of you. Michaela was wonderful and the stops were great, but I feel the other guests on the tour were more comfortable and were able to see more of Iceland. If I had known where I would be seated ahead of time, I would have cancelled the trip!
