Best tour guide!!! A+ - Excellent!!! Thor was the best tour guide. We found him extremely knowledgable about all the places we stopped. He has great stories from the past and present, and we learned a great deal about icelandic culture. He had good jokes to keep things light while we traveled many miles. We felt that he is a very safe driver. We had an interest in icelandic music so we talked about icelandic bands and put on icelandic music so we could listen to it in between stops. Thor even made an extra effort to help us find a great authentic gift shop while on the tour. We highly recommend Thor for any tour. When we return to Iceland, we are planning to do some exploring of the Highlands with Thor. We cannot wait!! Thank you Thor!!!

The Road Less Travelled - Magic - Our marathon one day tour left us speechless! Thor listened to our request to take a path less travelled and he really delivered! We were able to see Hekla in a way few do. We were all alone in this amazing area without the crowds and buses. We also visited Haifoss, the Valley of Tears, as well as many other spectacular sights. Thor (Iceland in Motion) picked us up early and after a long, but exciting day dropped us off at our hotel. The whole experience was wonderful and we will book with Thor again when we return to continue exploring the Highlands, and other off the beaten path must sees in Iceland. Thanks Thor, we loved your enthusiasm. See you again!

Awesome tour with a knowledgeable native guide ! - Thor made this a trip to remember ! From the waterfalls to the black sand, to the all around knowledgeable guide, he was a pleasure to tour with. If you have a group, this is the perfect Way to go !! Private tour for just your family or group ! Book this with Thor, and you will have an awesome day ! Trip of A Lifetime! - Enormous gratitude to our guide Thor from Iceland in Motion who is probably one of the nicest, kindest, most flexible and helpful people we’ve ever met. Need an extra bathroom stop? No worries. Have a food allergy? No worries – we’ll find a place. Different levels of ability or like to do different things – no worries – we’ll find something for everybody. “No stress!” Great photographer. Expert Northern Lights chaser. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Iceland with Thor, 100% recommended - Thor was an excellent guide and partner for us on our Iceland adventure. We took the private tour and we were with him for 4 days, he took us calmly to see all the best places in Iceland, and took the best pictures of us.
Geysir, Gullfoss, Gljufrabui, Skofagoss,Seljallandfoss, Diamond Beach, Reynisfjara, thingvellir, Vatnajokull all of them speechless.
He did the impossible for us to see the northern lights, unfortunately, we couldn't, but the whole experience of following them made us not feel so sad for not seeing them. Super friendly, and concerned that we could enjoy everything we saw.
I recommend it. When we return we will look for him.

Tour with IceThor - Thor was a great guide, driver and photographer. Would recommend you go with him as he knows all the sights by heart. As someone with limited mobility, he was very compassionate with my condition and made sure I did not have a hard time getting to the sights. As a plus to the tour, he takes great pictures, too. Look him up
