• The Esplanadi Park - Esplanadi Park (Esplanadipuisto) is located to the West from the Kauppatori square. The park is framed with streets Pohjoisesplanadi and Etalasesplanadi, built up with buildings in style of the neo-Renaissance in the second half of the XIX century. K.Engel and J.Erenstryom were the authors of a lay-out of the park in 1812.
• Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali) - Assumption Cathedral is an Orthodox church in the Katajanokka district of Helsinki, the cathedral of the Helsinki Metropolitanate of the Archdiocese of Finland of the Archdiocese of Constantinople of the Patriarchate of Constantinople. It was built in 1868 according to the project of architect Alexei Gornostaev in the Russian style and consecrated in honour of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
• Kauppatori - Market Square or Market Square (Finnish: Kauppatori, Swedish: Salutorget) is the busiest place in Helsinki. It is located right on the seashore. Here you can catch the ferry to Suomenlinna. The facade of the presidential palace and Esplanadi Park overlook the square. It is famous for its fish fair.
• Helsinki Central Railway Station - Helsinki Central Station (HEC) is the main station for commuter rail and long-distance trains departing from Helsinki, Finland. The station is used by approximately 400,000 people per day, of whom about 200,000 are passengers.
