Informative tour - This is a great way to see Helsinki. You get to sail through the archipelago and you even get to see some ice-breakers on the way back and they have a little cafe inside too.
The tour was really informative and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Informative and lovely - Interesting tour outside of the main city of Helsinki and a good range of information about history and neighbourhoods. Highly recommended.
(Bring a hat and wear suncream if you're doing it in summer - there's no shade unless you go down into the cabin area, and the best view is from the deck.)

City Highlights - I liked seeing the city from the water, a different perspective. Hearing the narrative in so many different languages was annoying, but I enjoyed the tour.

Great tour! - Very nice, informative tour with excellent viewing from inside and outside the boat. The tour was very extensive, traveling through a large section of the archipelago and an exciting canal. If you get cold, you can go in and enjoy a coffee while the tour continues. What a great way to start our stay in Helsinki! I wish that the volume had been a little higher on the speakers--it was challenging to hear the "guide" at times. The two couples sitting near us were speaking amongst themselves very loudly (not listening to the guide) and it was hard to hear over them.

Nice view of the town from the water - The boat offers two tours. One coded blue which is more focused on the city and the red one which goes a bit farther around the island. We chose the blue one. The boat has seating below and on the upper deck. There is a cafetaria for drinks and snacks. The tour takes you around the southern part of Helsinki and some islands in about one and a half hour. Their is an explanation in Finnish, English, German and Swedish. You get a good impression of this point of view of the city. The ride is included in the Helsinki card.

Nice boat ride, could not hear audio - Boat was fine, personnel were friendly. We could not hear the recorded guide information at all. Though the views were nice, we had no idea what we were seeing without the commentary. That was unfortunate. Perhaps more speakers? Headphones available?

Helpful customer service - We were not able to attend the tour and had to cancel after the 24-hour refund mark. The staff were very polite and helpful offering other dates but we were not able to reschedule.
