REDRIB Nature Reserve Experience 2023 - Leif runs a a highly professional organisation. His attention to detail and his consideration for his clients is superb. Excellent. From the moment we set off on the RIB boat, the serene beauty of the Finnish archipelago took my breath away. Leif, my knowledgable guide, provided fascinating insights about the local wildlife and ecosystems, making the journey both educational and awe-inspiring. This nature reserve island tour was an unforgettable adventure that allowed me to connect with nature in a profound way.

The highlight of our trip to Helsinki! - We deliberated about booking this and are so glad we did - it proved to be the highlight of our time in Helsinki. Leif was incredibly helpful with the booking and Olli and Marko were excellent guides - relaxed, friendly and informative. We felt like we had a glimpse into Finnish summer life. We strolled around an incredibly beautiful island, ate freshly prepared salmon soup and coffee and enjoyed the wood fired sauna and dip in the sea. The rib trip there and back was brilliant fun and so beautiful to see the archipelago in perfect conditions.

Experience of a life time and must do - A must do. Olli and Marko were amazing at explaining everything as well as being overall very kind. The boat ride was fun and engaging with twists. The sauna was refreshing as was the Baltic Sea which created a feeling unlike any other. The lunch was delicious as it felt like I was eating cooking from grandma with love. The boat ride back was fast and fun. I would recommend this to anyone who is able to walk a tiny bit as in down the street.

A must-do experience! - This experience was one to remember! We left Helsinki around 10:00 am and rode out to an island a ways out from the city. We were then treated to a wonderful sauna experience there and jump in and cool off in the Baltic Sea waters around the islands. After, we had some delicious salmon soup before heading back to the city with high speed thrills the whole way back. Special thanks to Olli and Marko for the amazing time!

Best day of our vacation - We truly loved this experience! Our guide Ollee (not sure of spelling) was exceptional. Warm and friendly and welcoming, you could see how much he loved the land. After walking streets and touring towns, this was a welcome reprieve for my teenagers as well. I'd recommend this experience 1000%.

Redrib adventure boat - From the moment we met our crew to gather our jackets and life preservers they were kind, courteous and providing historical and geographical information. The ride out to the archipelago in our red rib with two 300HP outboards was thrilling, with full explanations of everything we saw. Lunch and a hike on the island we visited were beautiful and peaceful. The food was great as well. This whole adventure takes only 4 hours and is well worth the time.

Wonderful adventure! - If you're in Helsinki I 100% recommend you do this! Amazing experience and a fantastic way to see Helsinki's archipelago 😊 Excellent service from start to finish, through booking, going on a hike, to being on the RIB itself. Outstanding attention to details and great commentary about archipelago and Finland in general. Zipping across the sea at high speed was an exhilarating experience! FANTASTIC!! Spectacular way to enjoy the archipelago. - FANTASTIC. By far the best trip we did in Helsinki, the ride to the archipelago is good fun and great views. Stopping off on an island for lunch was beautiful and tranquil. Lunch was provided and was superb. The guides (Ollie and Leaf (?)) were knowledgeable, friendly and really good company. This experience was brilliant. The safety gear is all provided and there is everything you need to keep you safe and warm. The meeting spot is in the city a short walk from the centre or your provider may transfer you directly there.

Great way to get out of the city for a day! - We were the only ones that reserved an excursion that day so it turned out to be a private trip. There was a cold snap in Helsinki so it was quite chilly but the protective gear provided was perfect and kept us warm. Very interesting ride, great to see different view. The guide (sorry, can remember the name) was amazingly well-versed in Finnish culture, facts, flora, fauna, etc. and spoke excellent English. He built a fire in the sauna, I jumped in the Baltic, lunch was provided....all around a great time! Many Thanks!

Totally brilliant day - I'm long overdue writing this review as we did our day with Leif in July. The day out was superb from start to finish (Finnish?!). Comms from Leif beforehand were thorough and prompt. We met at the Marine Cafe with our companions and were fitted into drysuits (hysterical) and goggles (essential!). We had a gentle drive to the island with Leif explaining the lifestyle around the islands. We arrived at "our" island where we could sauna and swim in the water and Leif took us on a walk around the island. The scenery and peace were beautiful. Even the compost toilet was fun! Leif then cooked the most amazing salmon soup - from scratch - over the fire and we had lunch. The return journey was "scream if you want to go faster" and enormous fun. Don't hesitate to book this excursion if you're in Helsinki, a brilliant, brilliant day - thanks Leif!
