Great nature trip from Helsinki - We had a peaceful walk through the lovely forest and then a wonderful sauna experience. Jeff is an informative, kind, and prepared guide! The smoke sauna was awesome. I so enjoyed getting in the lake when taking a break from the sauna

It was a wonderful memory. - We took this tour as the final event of our trip. Our guide, Jeff, was an excellent guide. We took a leisurely stroll through the forest, eating small berries and listening to stories about the various trees, and truly felt like we were in Finland. The last sauna we went to was very relaxing and fun with many locals. Swimming in the lake was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour if you visit Helsinki, it's fun for both young and old.

Just like home. Relaxing and the perfect balance. - This trip was a wonderfully relaxing day with a great laid back host who is a knowledgeable and curious naturalist to boot. Everything is thought of, all you have to do is bring your adventurous spirit. The plan for the day is perfect: hike, eat good simple food, get in the sauna, cool off with a few dips in the lake and take a shower and get dropped back off in Helsinki. Very easy 30 minute comfortable trip from the city. This would be my go to if I were coming back to Helsinki again. Highly recommend.

Incredible - What to say about this experience? Simply magnificent. The education and care that Jeff and the other people have for you is incredible. The experience of exploring nature is really something you must do when visiting Finland, if my stay were longer I would do other tours with them, but this one in itself was incredible.

Beautiful hike and sauna experience - Nice little hike in the national park with a simple lunch by the lake and finally the experience in the smoke sauna. The sauna was 100 degrees Celsius - so more for experienced sauna-goers. But there was a refreshing way to cool off in the lake right in front. Jeff and Kiia were super nice and helpful, gave tips and talked about the traditions and nature in Finland.

Wonderful hike and sauna experience! - This amazing experience was everything we could have wish for! :) We were group of 4 participants. Jeff, our guide, is very nice, caring and well prepared. He explained everything and also brought special clothes (boots, slippers, etc) in case of need. Even though he is canadian, he lives many years in Finland and knows a lot about it. The ride to the national park in minivan is very comfy. The hike was easy and very pleasant. Took about and hour to the lunch spot near the lake, on well handled path. We also did some mushroom foraging and bird watching on the way. Jeff chopped the wood and cooked a nice lunch for us on the grilling spot. The sauna experience was amazing too. There are 3 outside smoke (mix) saunas with various temperatures. The hottest one had 134 degrees. I highly recommend to take a dip in the cold lake after the sauna and relax on the bench. One could feel a bit dizzy but it passes in couple minutes and wellbeing feeling that comes is priceless. There is a hairdryer in the changing room. It was a perfect day! We had a really great time and I'd recommend this experience to anyone who wants to relax and get away from the city hassle in a very comfortable way! Thank you Jeff and Kia and all the best!

Amazing experience - A wonderful experience with Jeff. We luckily had a 1 on 1 tour as the other members of our group cancelled. Jeff was very friendly and very easy to get a long with. The tour through the national forest was amazing and Jeff gave us a lot of information on the Forrest, the types of food and berries that grows there and a lot of information on wildlife. We stoped for lunch and Jeff made a lovely Campfire lunch, provided drinks and surprised us with a birthday cake adding to the experience to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday! Jeff explained the sauna and cold plunge experience really well and what to expect. We really enjoyed this experience and would love to go again. Thank you
