Great day trip. A contrast to Helsinki. Loads to see in Tallinn. The ferry is super clean and amazing shops and food. - The ferry was great and it is easy to get to the old town from the ferry port on foot. The ferry is comfortable and great value.

Another wheelchair adventure - This is a cruise line that really excels in service, food and design. We have never been taken care of by staff as we were on this trip. I was amazed at how well they managed to communicate with everyone. Since this a European line, at least half of the passengers were not from the US. The food was sensational, and there were five restaurants to choose from with very different and eclectic menus. The surroundings were very elegant and the size of the ship (around 900) made it easy to get around. No slides, no race cars, and I only saw 3 toddlers all week. Now, the things I need to talk about because my wife uses a wheelchair. I think there are 5 pools, and none of them are really accessible. There is one pool with a lift, but you need to get a crew member to operate it. I think this takes away the freedom and feeling of independence if you want to use a pool. Two of our stops require using a tender that just didn't seem to be ideal. Also, once ashore it was just beach to navigate. Getting around the ship was no problem and there was no problem in any of the restaurants with seating. All in all I would recommend this cruise for its service, food and flair.

Tallinn walking tour is an outstanding experience. - Tallinn, what an amazing city to explore on a walking tour. Our tour guide was Alis, she was brilliant, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the history of her city. In the morning we took the high speed ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn (2 hour trip). Alis took us on an informative tour of both upper and lower parts of the Old City. We visited the Old Town Hall, the Alexander Nevshy Cathedral and the Dome Church. Then we admired the magnificent views of the Old and New City from the upper city viewing platform. Following the tour we took a short taxi ride to the Sea Terminal and boarded the ferry. 2 hour relaxing trip back to Helsinki.

Easy and cheaper - This worked out cheaper than booking with Ferry line. Easy to redeem voucher at self service checkin. Worth going totalling for the day, even on a Monday with lots if places closed!

Knowledgable tour guide - The guide was very knowledgable in Finnish and Russian history. I enjoyed the tour. He told us about a lot of things about Helsinki that i had no idea about.

So so at night better for day - The ferry there and back is very comfortable and easy. I went for a few hours in the winter evening. Would recommend making it a day trip, more to see and do I think. But in spring and summer here night is fun too.

Baltic cruise on Megastar - Early morning cruise from Helsinki to Tallinn was excellent. But Return voyage in the afternoon was chaotic with too much rush. Seemed more like a Cargo Cruise
