This tour offers a chance to experience the authentic side of Crete, either in a small group or on a private tour. Stroll through ancient traditional villages and visit an olive oil factory to learn about olive oil, often referred to as the “Cretan Golden Liquid,” and sample a variety of them. Then, walk along the paths of the Gods, though Zeus will not be present.

As you drive through the historic villages on the Lasithi Plateau, it feels as if time has stood still. At the Lasithi Plateau, there is a stop at a farm to sample some local wines.

Pick-up is available from Heraklion city, the cruise ship port in Heraklion, Malia, Sisi, Hersonisos, Gouves, and Analipsi. Pick-up from Rethimnon, Elounda, and Ag Nikolaous is available for groups of six or more, or if you choose the private option.
