First pick up transfer driver TERRIBLE - The guy picking us up was horrible , no welcome or hi how are u , no water offered !! I had to ask at the end . Seemed annoyed that we had to pick us up . I even gave him a 5 euro tip , which I wished I didn’t !!! I believe his name was Mano but not completely sure. Our driver picking us up at the end of our trip to take us to the airport was GREAT !!! Thank u to him . I think his name was Hari again not sure . Very nice very happy guy picking us up at 530 am . If iit wasn’t for the first guy , I would recommend this company but he ruined it for us when we arrived in Crete by ferry

Excellent Service - We arrived tired from the long flight across the ocean. There was everyone running to find transportation. We walked out of the airport, found our driver holding a sign with our name on it. His van was conveniently parked where we jumped in while he placed our luggage in back. Our resort was 90 minutes away. We chatted with the driver who expressed his love 💕 for Greece. I recommend VIP for its efficiency and reliability.

Excellent Transfer from Herakilion to Hotel - Excellent Driver. Arrived on time. Good communications. I will use them again. The rate was fair and had a promo going.
