A fun and delightful experience - Great route, with a pleasant description of the sights in many languages. It gives you the chance to see the main landmarks of the city, by learning facts about them, and hope off and visit them if you want to, and then continue the tour!

Good experience to see the new city - I have been happy exploring the city this way . Map was easy to read and all the necessary information there. Price was also a factor. A fraction of the guided tour. Ideal for budget travellers.

good way to see the city! - A good way at to see the city with a brief commentary of the things you pass along the way. Busses were on time to each stop and the staff was very friendly and helpful :))

Moderate tour - Moderate tour often long wait for a stopping place on the bus because he has to make time or something. And what dirty buses. For the money, you might as well take a cab. To the distant stops. Who you would really like to see the stops around the harbor you can view fine on foot.

Disappointing - Not worth it. Heraklion has very few really beautiful places, it is just an ugly city. Lots of dilapidated buildings. The bus was dirty and old, and made very long stops.

Bad experience - Very disappointed because the price is not justified. Audio comments did not work. Bus broke down on the way. Tourist trap!

Really bad experience - DON'T GO. This was the red hop on bus tour. This is the worst hop on bus trip I have ever experienced and we go on many of them all over the world. We boarded the bus at the Port and it was very uncomfortable and cost 20 euros each which was extortionate for the experience. It said it was 10 euros online and their answer was well it differs every month. The trip just drove through steets for an hour with all shops closed as it was Sunday. The commentary was so boring and could hardly be heard. We stayed on the bus to see the sights and they were few and far between. We were so disappointed and with the cost involved it was a disaster. We complained when we got off at stop 11 and the women said pfft and turned her back on us!!! Also told them at the booking kiosk by the Port and asked for a refund but as always with these trips once they have your money they don't want to know. Such a difference experience to the day before in Thessaloniki which cost 10 euros and was very very good. Dont waste your time and money.

Chaos!! - Total waste of money. If you read these reviews you will see there are 3 companies operating the same tour..but as a customer in crete that's not obvious. Do not use Crete city bus tours .if you bother to use any of them. As none appear to be any better. Everyone complained none of the headsets work , on any of the buses. Getting to hop on is carnage as people push and shove to get on and thenhave to show tickets to show which company..Total chaos. There is a normal bus to knossos Palace and you might as well just use that, cheaper and less chaotic.
