Great views and better driver! - The entire trip was wonderful. Exploring Montenegro was a must - especially Perast! However, the best part of our trip was our driver, Ivan. He was so welcoming, fun, and made this one of the most memorable parts of any trip we have taken.

Good company and tour - Ivan was a fantastic guide. He communicated well. Our ride was comfortable and he asked how to tailor the day to us. For us personally, we would have enjoyed more time in Perast than Tivat, but you don't learn these things until you travel, and other people may feel differently.

Great day - Every time we go to Dubrovnik in the summer, we enjoy it a lot; it has become our destination since 2021. This time, we decided to discover Montenegro. We had never been before and chose a private tour but it was recommended to us because there are fewer traffic jams at the borders compared to buses with more people. What a great decision! The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Our guide Ivan was excellent; we were very satisfied. He explained the peculiarities of each place and gave us enough time to explore each site. Without a doubt, we would choose this company again.

The best three country wine tour in Europe !! - We did the THREE COUNTRY WINE TOUR. it was amazing. Our driver Miho was outstanding and gave us an incredibly informative experience. The beauty of the monastery in Bosnia, the mountain views in Montenegro and the hospitality of the Croatian vineyard was unmatched. I suggest this 9 hour tour to everyone and anyone. This was an amazing experience !!!

Great Montenegro tour! - Our family booked 3 tours through Dubrovnik Day Tours (Korcula&Peljesac, Full day boat tour, and Kotor/Montenegro). The Montenegro tour began very early (7 am) due to traffic issues around the border as well as into the Kotor area. Our tour guide (Miho) picked us up right outside our AirBnB and we travelled in a comfortable air-conditioned minivan for the day. Miho (who also did Korcula tour for us) provided great commentary on the region, and had a good knack for finding the quickest and most efficient way around to Kotor and back. We spent some time in the Kotor old city (over run with cruise ship tourists) and then headed to Tivat, site of a new marina and fantastic sea-side cafes. Overall a really good tour.

Great Private Trip - Great private tour of Montenegro! Had a great driver Paul, but skipped Port of Montenegro and didn't tell us until we past the town of Perast and then said if you want to see the port we’ll have to miss Perast because he’d already driven past it. Instead of driving the full loop and ferrying back he wanted to drive half the loop each way so we could see the sun on the fjords later. Wish he would of lead with that so I didn't have to miss a location. Besides that, driver talked maybe a little too much for our liking but was informative and nice. Would recommend, but make share your clear with them upfront of the itinerary.

A private tour may not be worth - The trip was a generally good one. Our driver was knowledgeable about the history of the region and gave us a good overview during the tour. The driving was decent and the driver accommodated the needs of our 8-year old child. However, the driver/guide also told us that if we were to actually visit one place listed on the tour, we cannot go to the other place listed on the tour. Whereas the tour says that we can visit both Our Lady on the Rocks and Porto, the driver told us that we cannot visit Porto if we were to visit the Church by boat. The driver also told us many "Tips" story on the way. That people who do not offer "Tips" are not considered good travellers by locals. That locals play a certain music at restaurants when French people do not offer "Tips". And so forth. Well, we get it - he wanted us to tip him and we did tip him healthily at the end of the tour. I found it a bit odd that tourists would be shamed to offer tips. Tips are supposed to be gratuitous and offered as a matter of acknowledgement of above and beyond service. Perhaps, the company could sensitize their driver/guides on this.
