Travel made easy! - We used this service multiple times during our trip to Costa Rica! From SJO to La fortuna to Jaco. Drivers were on time (if not early) and super friendly. Awesome service!

Patient and reliable - Our flight landed in a diff country and constant cancellations but the transport company was understanding. Edgar, our driver,was very patient as our flight was delayed and our luggage was lost. He met us at arrivals with our name sign and stopped at a mall, so we could get food and clothes (since the airline lost our suitcase). He was friendly, spoke English and was patient. Even held an umbrella over me while I feed my kids. Kind man. Easy communication with the company. I suggest calling their number for direct communication

Dedicated and safe private transportation - We had an excellent driver who made sure we were comfortable and had a fantastic introduciton to the country. He educated us a great deal on the culture, food and the people. He ensured we had a great meal half way through our trip. He ensured we got to our destination even when we faced a mechanical issue with the van, it was quickly fixed and we got back onto our desitination.

Best transportation service in the world - I can’t tell you how pleased and impressed I was with Erick and this company as my transportation from San Jose to La Fortuna. I had some unexpected flight delays and Erick worked hard to make sure I got to my destination safely and quickly. He was a treasure to talk with on the ride and I ended up booking his company for my other two transports during my trip after that and all of my drivers were top tier, spoke English well and went above and beyond to teach me about their country. I wouldn’t give my money to any other transportation company in Costa Rica after working with Erick’s team.

Private Transfer to Hacienda Alsacia - I took a private transfer from my hotel to Hacienda Alsacia with Edgar. This was not a typical trip, but Costa Rica Trip Guide customized it for me. I felt safe and had a blast. Thank you so much Erick and Edgar!!!

The BEST option for a private driver or tour - We actually hired this firm to pick us up from our hotel in downtown San Jose and drive us to our resort in La Fortuna as well as the reverse trip one week later. We couldn't be happier with Ronnie, our driver. Ronnie is so much more than a driver -he's an experienced tour guide and we received the full benefit of his knowledge. He was an interesting and entertaining companion throughout the 3-hour drive each way, sharing his stories and the history of Costa Rica. We simply wouldn't have learned as much or had as rich a visit to this country had we rented a car on our own. Ronnie also went out of his way to show us attractions on the route, including a beautiful waterfall. You cannot go wrong with this company or this driver.

We'll be back! - We stayed in La Fortuna for the month of September and used these guys for both transfers to/from SJO. Both Gerald and Ronnie were delightful to ride with. They were friendly and informative. Both spoke very good english, but they didn't mind helping me with my spanish. Definitely recommend.
