- Lake Bovilla - We will then descend to spend some leisure time at a restaurant, where you will have the opportunity to swim. This area is situated below the dam, as swimming, littering, kayaking, or any other activities involving the lake are FORBIDDEN.
- Tirana - Finally, we will get back in the van/car and drive to Tirana for drop-off, marking the end of the tour.

- This is a genuine hike of approximately 2 km and can be very challenging in hot weather. A good level of fitness is required for the tour.
- The road to Bovilla Lake is unpaved and quite bumpy.

Great mountain Hike and great guide Artol - It was a great hike trip experience and one of the best guids i ever had. And i travel a lot. Artol told us so much aboit Albania that i have the feeling that i know, now more about Albania than my own country haha. It was a fun and beautiful hike to the lake and on the mountain. It was a hard road, but the driver was very experienced. Thanx for a great day Artol

Top tour, top guide! - We had a great day! Lake Bovilla and the surrounding area are definitely worth a visit! Aniled, our guide, provided us with lots of info and was very sympathetic! We felt comfortable, learned a lot and saw a lot. Thank you!

Worth the money - We liked it overall, very kind tour guide. Lost my phone in the bus and they were very nice and brought it back fast. Its more taking a walk though. If you really want to hike, maybe this is not your thing then. In total hiking is like 45-60mins

Best views in Albania - It was a really beautiful day even though the temperature was 39 degrees. The driver drive carefully as some parts of the road are almost un drivable. The guide gave good explanations.

Absolutely amazing trip - I was sceptical but i am really glad i did this tour with artiol as my guide. The amount of knowledge he has abiu the country is really unbelieveable. The views are really amazing. I cant reccimend this trip enough

The guide - I highly recommend this trip with one of the kindest guides i have ever met. Aniled not only took care and entertained the group but also hiked twice to come and pick me up as it was difficult for me to keep the pace of the group. The views are amazing and swimming also helps in this heat. Highly recommended

A beautiful trip - The pickup was flawless. The guide kept me updated by WhatsApp about my time so i didn't have to wait at the pickup point. A quick stop at a market( buy water as it is essential). Then the trip continued in a really bumpy road( excellent driving skills). The stop at the canyon was short and not really interesting however it is in the program and we had to stop. The hike is not easy but the guide stops and keeps the group entertained. The views from the top are amazing. We were also given the chance to swim in the canyon because swimming in the lake is not allowed( there are people who do it but the guide told us that it is forbidden because the lake supplies Tirana with fresh water). The water was cold but really refreshing and also there was a restaurant where you can order food or drinks. The guide for the trip was Anled and he was really really knowledgeable, kind and funny. The tour was in English and Italian. I highly recommend this trip if you find yourself in Tirana.
