Great fun day in slide country - The park is great. Many different possibilities of level. There's even something for scared bunnies. We had a great day even if it was full you had a lounger to rest ...anytime again...

Great day out - We booked our tickets online whilst we were on holiday. Saving us a few euros rather than booking with the hotel. It’s the same bus transfer whichever way you book. Website is a bit confusing as it doesn’t make clear the bus transfer is both ways but it definitely is. When you hop on the bus (happened to collect right outside our hotel) the driver gives you a ticket with the pick up time written on it. The park had only just opened when we arrived so we weren’t long in the queue to get in. Just had to show booking reference and everyone in the party was given a wrist band. Spent the whole morning on various different slides and water attractions. Lunch was super organised with a cafeteria style set up. Nicely undercover so you stay cool. Lots of dishes to choose from around the 8-10 euro mark. Our choices were the cheeseburger, gyros and fries and pork souvlakia all very tasty. Total day for 4 adults cost £164 which included entry, transfers, meals, 4 drinks, 4 ice creams and a locker.

Amazing waterpark experience - This water park is fantastic! There is a wide selection of slides and attractions for all ages and all thrill levels. Plenty of sun beds and the olympic sized pool is great. There is a huge selection of food which is good quality. Queues for slides are relatively short - no more than around 5/10 mins. The only criticism is the flooring in certain areas. It can get very hot during the peak heat times and also with Crete being very hilly, walking up slopes can be very slippy. Overall, an amazing water park for the family!

Lovely day at water park - A lovely park, lots of slides, busy but not massive. Clean and tidy. Very handy that you pay via the barcode on your entrance strap on your wrist, so no hassle with money or debit cards, you pay afterwards. You can put your valuables in a locker. More than enough sunbeds and umbrellas. We had a great day there! The prices are good on the park itself. 1 disadvantage therefore no 5 stars, you pay extra for the water activities (walking in a trap over water, storm track)

Staff not able to verify viator tickets - Great water park with lots of variations in the types of slides and rides, and nice layout of the park. My 17 yr old loved it. However, this water park isn't geared up for the barcode tickets (we had no facility to print the tickets but had them on phone). Arrived early which was lucky because we had to wait for a manager to come and deal with the tickets which the staff were unfamiliar with, and the manager then took photos of our tickets on our phones and went off to check with someone. It was all fine in the end, but by then the bus loads of the the park visitors had arrived and the queues were building. Other than that fiasco, everything else went well.

Not skip the queue - Its not skip the line at all, you may as well queue its no quicker. The floors are very slippy in some places I really hurt my knee when my foot went under me

Could do with a makeover - Positives - The park itself is large and very spacious with plenty of sunbeds on offer. The onsite restaurant is great with lots of food options, not just fast food. The toilets and changing facilities are good. The queues for the slides go in very quickly, not much waiting. The contact less payment wristband is great as don't have to worry about cash and plenty of lockers for valuables. The mix of slides for all ages is good and there is a massive outdoor pool. Negatives - the park overall is in great need of a refurbishment. Cracks on walkways need repairs and found a few of the slides gave you a sore back when coming down on the ridges. The lazy river was the laziest river I've ever encountered. You have to keep pushing yourself the whole way, I gave up at one point and walked to get out.

Park to escape - We arrived at 4 (including two children 7 and 10 years) and we did not cross the reception. Awards are prohibitive: 30€/adult, child from 5 to 12 years 20€ and free under 5 years. A lost entry bracelet is worth €100. You should take a paid locker and not enter with your own food and drink. On site, catering is expensive. We turned around and preferred a more family place (swimming pool and slides) in Malia Meropi Aqua located 15 minutes away.

No regard for safety... And try to charge you for stuff you didn't buy - I came to the park on Monday with my wife and 2 kids for the 1st time for my daughters birthday. However we left feeling with a bitter taste and not wanting to come back.  1 - On the Crazy River ride I went down with my 2 kids. I came off the float at the 1st drop only to find there is no lifeguard here. I was then unable to get back on my float and before I know it there were 10 other people in the pool. It was very dangerous. I climbed out of the pool and didn't know where I was and still no help came at all whilst people piled up in the 1st drop. Eventually I managed to just walk off the ride. When I complained to the lifeguards they ignored me.  2 - My kids decided they wanted to go on the ride again later. My daughter (8 years old) was trying to get into her float and slipped down the slide and had to climb back up to get in the float. The life guard didn't even bother to help her. She eventually completed the ride and left the ride in tears.  3 - I went to management to complain who didn't apologise or try to make amends. They radio someone and then said it should be ok now.  4 - Later my kids went back on the ride and still no life guard at the 1st drop. My kids got stuck at this drop. I ended up climbing into the slide area to then push them down the slide.  5 - Again complained to guards who ignored us.  6 - As riders come off the slide they were not sharing floats so the kids couldn't get a float. I told the life guard at the bottom and other managers who were at the bottom of the slide and both ignored us or said to us "no English".  7 - Throughout the park the guards are not present. They don't wear anything to make them standout and they don't seem to pay attention to the riders.  From a safety aspect I am horrified at your park.  8 - Upon leaving our wristbands were scanned and somehow on the kids wristbands there were 3 beers???? I havnet drunk alcohol in 50 years and my wife doesn't drink. How on earth did this end up in our bill. We then had to argue this and refuse to pay and only pay for the items we ordered for lunch.
