Troll Glacier Cave hike - Our guide, Dory, was fantastic- well informed about the geology and history of the area, and kept everyone safe and comfortable. The experience of getting to know the glacier in this intimate way was really enjoyable-100% recommended! Dress warm with hiking boots. Very short hike but on a glacier so good weather appropriate clothing is key.

Amazing experience - Highly recommend this trip! Included a 4x4 Jeep ride, a short glacier hike to the cave and an ice cave exploration. The crampons (for walking on ice were provided). The guide was lovely and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and even offered to take our photo!

Awesome experience - Our guide AJ was excellent. He was very experienced, informative and authentic (a great storyteller). We felt we were in good hands on the ice and going through the cave. Thank you for an amazing and unique experience we won’t forget.

Pricey, but fun - We had a lot of fun discovering the cave, and we were lucky to have had very nice weather, the price was still a bit too high for the experience offered tho.

What an adventure! - It was the scariest thing I have ever done. My first reaction was I booked the wrong excursion. Much more hiking and climbing but our guide grabbed my hand and told me he would take care of me like his grandchildren. And when I finished he told me (I'm 71) I now could do anything. An adventure I won't forget.

Not worth the price of admission - Tour photos and description were not as stated. Would not recommend tour so late in the season as there were no glacier caves to see. At the most there were a few remaining ice arches and they were melting fast.

Never do this tour. - We exited the cave and 10 minutes later the cave collapsed and killed someone. I am absolutely traumatized. I am also very surprised how they would let us enter a cave that they had not evaluated for safety before. 10 minutes earlier and i would have died; i am a solo traveler that would have been so difficult to even identify me. Also, they said 2 people were trapped but really they miscounted and no one was trapped! How irresponsible and disorganized. I was not able to sleep that night thinking of those poor people “trapped”..also to put 100 rescue team people at risk searching for no one! Wtf.

SCAM TRIP; Dishonest Marketing - This is false advertising. They promise from the descriptions and the photos to visit the Blue Crystal Ice Cave but the site is nothing like the pictures. There is a 30 foot section where there is a little blue ice, but it is not a cave. It isn't anything like the pictures. In addition, they advertise an extreme trip in a super jeep, but we rode in an old Ford van. I don't care about the super jeep, but it's sleazy to advertise an extreme off road adventure when I could have driven there myself. I asked the guide why we didn't go to the cave and he said it is melted and the pictures are from wide angles. This is not true. I called another company and they said that tours to the Blue Ice cave are not done in the summer because it is unstable. However, Troll advertises that they are taking you there. They do not take you there. Save your money and drive to the location yourself and see a little blue Ice and come back in the winter to see what they are advertising. I emailed them, but they sent a form email back saying they are investigating. I also called, and they said to wait for an email response.
